Nv thân thiện.

Cons:

Điều hòa chưa đủ mát mặc dù đã để 16 độ trong 2 giờ đồng hồ nhưng chưa làm mát được đến 26 độ. Theo nv thì lý do là vì trời quá nóng. Nên cải thiện chất lượng điều hòa. Khách luôn phải dùng kèm quạt, nếu không sẽ rất nóng

If you’re planning a peaceful stay in Phu Quoc for at least 7–8 days, this place is a great option. The rooms are excellent for the price, and the swimming pool is very clean and well maintained.

For activities, it’s best to book tickets for VinWonders, Vinpearl, and the Hon Thom Cable Car through Fla Village—they offer better discounts compared to other travel agents and even the official ticket counters.

The property is centrally located on Phu Quoc Island, which makes getting around quite convenient. Sun Town is in the southern part of the island, while Grand World is in the north, and both are easily accessible. A bus stop is located right next to the property, and you can take Bus No. 17 to reach Grand World. Phu Quoc Airport is also very close by.

Public transport is reliable, with buses running every 10 minutes, making travel smooth and hassle-free.

Overall, the place offers a very peaceful and comfortable stay. However, this is not for party people or those looking for a happening, nightlife-heavy atmosphere—it’s ideal if you prefer calm and relaxation.

Useless service.waate of money

The location is good

Cons:

No staffs to support . They close the reception by 7 pm and after that noone is available to help you with any issue. They don't understand English properly and so they give improper response. No cleaning is done to the room or no new towels are provided even if you stay for 5 days. Not worth the cost. Waste of money

I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. The team was professional, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it to others.I have been traveling the world for two years; the only time I feel sad is when I leave after staying somewhere.

Очень уютная, зелёная территория, тишина и ощущение полного расслабления.

Номер чистый, стильный и комфортный. Персонал — невероятно внимательный и доброжелательный, чувствуется искренняя забота 💛

Отдых получился именно таким, как хотелось — спокойным и душевным. С удовольствием вернёмся снова!

Pros:

Всё великолепно, кроме местоположения и по карте даже не понятно, что это такое захолустье. Но такси решит эту проблему в остальном пешком можно только купить фруктов. Классный бассейн и номер великолепный: просторный, уютный, атмосферный)
