Reasonable if you are solo, or two small adults.
Pros:

The rooms are very small. Perhaps accommodating two small adults at max. The hotel is in budget range so understandable that accessories are limited. Good thing about the hotel is its location if you need to be closer to Jagatpur, Gota or Tragad. The breakfast is good, and the nearby food options are good too. Overall a 3 / 5 experience.

Cons:

The payment policy was not communicated clearly. However, I would blame this on Booking.com. Coming from Singapore I did not know that I had to pay separately to the hotel in advance. They do not accept credit cards so had to do a bank transfer.

Don't go there.
Pros:

This is not hotel it is Lodge. Very old rusted interior. I had struggled lot for hot water for bathing.
They don't have their own restaurant, T have gave contract to ground floor restaurant. Breakfast ia not good and the equal to level of street food.

Cons:

Rooms facilities, management, breakfast.

Good place to stay
Pros:

The place is really swanky and the breakfast buffet was good. Sadly we could stay for only a few hours as we had to catch a flight the next day

Cons:

There was no signboard directing towards the hotel either on the road or even inside it. They should clearly mention that the hotel is there else people might think it's just a gym or sports facility

Un Professional approach by hotel reception, they provided only 1 Room against 2 Rooms confirmed booking

In overall it was a decent stay but not value for money, price is expensive compared to facilities
