Very good hotel for a short stay in Szentendre.
Pros:

This hotel is listed as a guest house and thus our expectations were not very high. However, it is perfectly located, rooms are big and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very good. There are no tea & coffee making facilities in the room, however the staff were very accomodating and they gave us tea or coffee from the breakfast area in the afternoon, without charging us any money.

Cons:

The rooms are not cleaned and towels are not changed automatically. We were never informed of this. However, when we asked for clean towels we were provided immediately.

Das Hotel ist ok, entspricht aber nicht diesem überzogenen Preis.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und hatte trotzdem einen eigenen Parkplatz verfügbar. Checkin war einfach, es war in der Nebensaison relativ ruhig.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Das erste Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, entsprach nicht dem Foto, war klein und hatte nur ein Dachlukenfenster, das man aufgrund von leichtem Regen nicht einmal öffnen konnte. Kein "Gartenblick" wie in der Buchung versprochen. Matratze durchgelegen. Der muffige Badgeruch wurde mit penetrantem Raum"duft" übertüncht. Wir haben uns beschwert und daraufhin ab der zweiten Nacht ein besseres Zimmer bekommen. Es ist außerdem hellhörig. Frühstücksraum sehr nüchtern. Bescheidendes Frühstück.

Great location, but that's about it. There is nothing else to like. It's pure false advertisement.

Cons:

- The description states many ways to park, in reality there's space for only 2, maybe 3 cars in total. (They tell you this on their website, apparently)
- The restaurant has been closed for a long while, and is not functioning in any way.
- One of the coax (TV) cables was broken, the other was literally ripped out of the wall.
- The rooms were not clean, we found many strings of hair or the sheets in both rooms, and the space below/behind the furniture was dusty suggesting it wasn't cleaned for weeks.
- One of the bathrooms had a constant "sewer" smell.
- One of the beds was like the wood was being devoured by termites, it looked rotten at places. Said bed was not balanced, one person laying on the left side made the right side lift up 5-10 centimeters.
- The breakfast was terrible. I'd say it was below "CBA/Aro" value, and did not feel fresh at all.
- We could hear people talking from 2-3 rooms away, and hear the exact words spoken in the rooms next to us.
