Location is good .Was warm and heating on Beddings clean but very old .

Here we go !!First they advertising 129 m2 and basically is a shed (no more then 29m2..Is no bathroom Is a space where you can t enter if you are a large person about 0.50cm/0 .40cm...So you can t have a shower ..Bed was broken and matress very used You could feel all the slaps underneath .Room nr1 is a shed Is not a room for 2 people ..Stains on the carpet .And that room shouldn t be used as is not safe in case of fire ..as is a shed (deposit ) .Very disapointed .

evitate assolutamente questo Hotel. la mia esperienza è stata la seguente:
1) nel bagno non è presente una doccia ma solo il soffione. ecco perché quando fai la doccia si allaga tutto e il bagno resta allagato per tutta la notte. se devi andare in bagno o metti le scarpe oppure devi bagnarti e asciugare nuovamente i piedi. alla domanda di cambiare camera ci è stato detto che provvedevano i giorni seguente (non sono entrati nemmeno a rifare la camera) e che era possibile richiedere extra asciugamani.
2) il materasso era distrutto. non siamo riusciti a dormire. chiedendo di controllare il materasso mi è stato detto che quello era il materasso estivo. cosa c'entra se è il materasso estivo.
3) polvere ovunque (ci siamo dovuti pulire la camera prima di utilizzarla
4) lo scarico non funzionava bene
5) una puzza di fogna assurda

Hi very small room not removet control in the room.picts are very good when see on the website but not same short notice soon 10.30 u check out even my checkout is 12.00 to 14.00 .so am not happy

Staff brillant couldnt be more friendly bed comfortable, but carpet dirty walls had tea stains on them.

Udało się przeżyć, ale nigdy więcej tam nie wrócę. Gdyby nie ten smród to byłoby znośnie, a tak to musieliśmy spać całą

Nie wybrałbym tego hotelu nigdy, ale właściciel innego apartamentu mnie wystawił w nocy przyjazdu i to był jedyny wybór w tej okolicy. Obiekt blisko Westminster, więc blisko jeśli chodzi o atrakcje. Jeśli jesteś nastawiony na zwiedzanie, a w pokoju będziesz tylko spał, to za tą cenę ok . Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła

Materace twarde i śmierdzące. W pokoju strasznie śmierdzi . Przedpokój jest zarazem łazienką i toaletą o wymiarach dwa metry na metr. Przez co cała wykładzina w pokoju jest również śmierdząca i brudna

Très petite chambre.
Pros:

Le personnel au petit soin et la salle de bain qui est petite mais moderne.

Cons:

La taille de la chambre, petite la longueur fait 2m sur 1,5m. Le matelas est usé au mineur. Mais bizarrement j’ai très bien dormi.

Lo único que se podría decir que nos gustó fue la ubicación, está muy bien ubicado

Para empezar, la habitación que pagué no era la misma que me dieron ni tenía las mismas dimensiones. Para entrar tenía que pasar primero por el servicio y después para la habitación, la ducha estaba encima del retrete y para una semana nos dejaron una toalla solo por persona y dos rollos de papel higiénico. Quise poner una reclamación nada más llegar a través de esta aplicación y el hotel todavía no dio respuesta y lo peor es que booking no ha hecho nada. Es vergonzoso, llevo utilizando esta aplicación años y nunca me había pasado nada igual.
