The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to main attractions/sights. There are supermarkets in walking distance. Victoria coach station and Victoria tube station are in walking distance. The national express bus/coach service from Heathrow and Gatwick airports are a stress free way of travelling from/to either airport to Victoria coach station, which is a short walk to the hotel (depending on how much luggage you have).

Cons:

The hotel has no lift and small rooms (which is typical of London hotels in this price range). Hotel staff could be friendlier and more helpful with directions.

Very basic. OK if the room is less than £80, but not worth the money above it

Light not working in the room, bed / mattress very thin and uncomfortable, room the size of the shoe box...
No service to leave bag early (although some people did it the day after....)

Pros:

It was close to the Victoria bus and tube station which was very handy. Clean bathroom wet room facilities. Would have used the breakfast room if I had known it was there as I wasn't told even though it is shown in the website photos

Cons:

The bed was very hard, like sleeping on a rock, the TV didn't work Ie no remote and wouldn't turn on even though it was on standby. The room had a weird musty smell and the window was open for air when I entered the room

Sengen var så hård, at den var umulig at sove i.
Den var kun 120 cm bred.
Der blev ikke skiftet håndklæder eller gjort rent under hele opholdet.
Receptionisten var uforskammet.
Alt var gammelt og slidt.
Vinduet kunne ikke lukkedes.

A 500 metri da Victoria Station.

Cons:

Doccia senza piatto doccia né tenda. Allagamento bagno assicurato. Luce dello specchio del bagno non funzionante e non aggiustata nonostante richiesta. Pulizia ni.

Para ahorrar dinero simplemente…
Pros:

La zona es espectacular ya que está muy cerca de Victoria Station y a 20 min andando del Big Ben, barrio muy tranquilo y habitación con ventana

Cons:

Olía fatal, ya lo vi en los comentarios pero no me lo esperaba así, y muy cutre entrar a la habitación por el baño! Y si te duchabas dejabas inutilizado el baño hasta que se secara ya que el suelo de la ducha era todo.
