Location and big rooms.
It wasn't that clean, lots of insects ants etc.
Buffet breakfast was ok but most days it was order a set as guest numbers was low. The set was pathetically small.
Staff were hot and cold with their friendliness.
Was a very disappointing stay given other reviews and recommendations.
I would never return and left early!
The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were all very helpful and attentive. Lots of extra amenities on offer too (massages, scooter rental). Also, lots of services in the area too!
Breakfast was meant to be included and it's advertised as being open from 6:30-9:30 but it was only available on 4 of the 30 days I was there. Better just to go to the restaurants down the street. That was the only issue, everything else was perfect!

Toilet ran all night and leaked. Water was not hot. Hard bed. Bad breakfast.

Absolut top! Das Doppelzimmer, die Dachterrasse, der Pool, der Service und vor allem auch die Lage. Für Kambodscha wirklich super! Ruhig und trotzdem sehr nah von allem, was man braucht. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank!

雖然不新。但環境維持的很乾淨。早餐可以品嚐到在地美食挺好的。
服務人員都非常親切。
這邊的環境是舒服的，不吵鬧。離酒吧街走路大約15分鐘。不是太遠。附近有餐廳和小型超市，很方便
關於熱水，洗澡淋浴熱度是足夠的。但是如果使用浴缸泡澡是不足的。
有提供自費按摩服務。價位很平價。按摩師手技可但是沒有按摩床。所以按摩舒適感，就會減少許多。
使用的是一般房間的床。既然要提供這樣的服務應該也要有一定的硬體設備較好。
-我租用單車的鎖子壞咗，本想找單車店處理，但酒店
員工主動代為處理，省卻找單車店，真好。
-早餐的煎鷄蛋放得太久及涼了，員工主動给我弄了
新鮮煎雞蛋。
-洗衣服務誤把另一個客人的衣服給我向我收費, 我希奇
他們收衣服時沒有清楚標籤客人的衣服, 另外也沒有摺好衣服,只是堆入一個膠袋內, 同樣沒有註明是哪個客房
-浴室較為不清潔, 浴簾過短以致沐浴時水四濺於地板。
