10/10 - would recommend staying there for some days
Pros:

10/10 - would definitely recommend staying there.
Staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed some nights there and even got invited for a set dinner on our last evening.
The rooms are spacious, the pool are is nice and the perfect place to relax after a long day.

Nice big room with balcony, feels like a smaller hotel which is positive!
It was clean and the staff were super friendly and accommodating
Location is a little father away and the street it is on is not pretty😉 but with a tuktuk or moped you were in the center within 10 minutes so still nice location.

Cons:

The room service food was not as good as I hoped. The local dishes are fine but do not order the pizza, it was not very good. Breakfast was advertised as a buffet breakfast but that was not the case for all the days we stayed (only one day there was buffet other days it was limited to a menu. They also could not explain to us why this is). Breakfast food was good, nothing special.

Disappointed, bed was clean though
Pros:

Big comfy bed

Cons:

Mouldy bathroom, broken vanity basin, holes in drapes, rough stitched torn sheers, mosquitoes filled room. Photos show netting only not so, a sheer net draped over frame, let mozzies in for feasting. Staff solution is to give you a can of bug spray. Lukewarm breakfast buffet, no menu changes in 5 days. Feature is being woken by a really loud school bell and screaming kids doing chicken dance, bell rings hourly until nine at night. School is primely located next door to rooms. Did not receive welcome drinks as promised.

Pros:

Loved the staff, the service was amazing and pool very nice. The food was tasty and the breakfast was very good. All in all we would stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Cons:

The beds were hard and it would be nice to have a bit more comfortable bed. Having said that, it was a pleasant stay.

Fantastic stay in Siem Reap
Pros:

What makes this place special is the staff. They are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We were upgraded to a room on the 4th floor when we arrived and it was lovely. Spacious, modern bedroom and bathroom with a big comfy bed and nice balcony overlooking the pool and greenery around the hotel. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and eggs made to order. We arranged an Angkor Wat Grand Circuit Tour with the hotel during our stay and had a very friendly, English-speaking driver who made the day seamless. Location was good, a very short and cheap tuktuk/Grab or 15-min walk to the centre of town (though plenty of great bars and restaurants nearer, too). We really didn’t want to have to leave!

Cons:

This isn’t a complaint but since it’s not an adults-only hotel there were families with young kids in and around the pool at times. For the majority of our stay, this wasn’t much of an issue but a couple of times the noise level even from our balcony was quite high. Something to note if that’s really not for you.
