Important information:

Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort.

Child Policy:

Children below 5 years stay free of charge on existing bedding.
Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% on meal rates only on existing bedding. This is not included in your current price and needs to be paid directly to the property upon arrival.
Children of age 12 or more are considered adults.

Please note Standard Room with Sea View does not have inter-connecting rooms. Inter-connecting rooms for Deluxe Room with Sea View can only be provided on availability.

Lovely hotel. Skip the $20 breakfast and find a beachfront local cafe.
Pros:

We had an oceanfront room, with a patio. There are excellent restaurants near the hotel and tuktuks available at the hotel entrance.

Cons:

The breakfast was overpriced. It made me wonder about other prices in the hotel, so we chose to find restaurants nearby.

Lovely location overlooking the sea
Pros:

Great location on the beach and not too far from Columbo. I arrived early and they got my room ready ahead of time staff very friendly food was excellent (prawn curry)

Cons:

Given the wrong spare key for our room and had to ask twice for the beds to be spilt apart wanted to book a pedicure but phone unanswered all afternoon

Reception staff was not that helpful and the rooms are not properly structured need to claim up and go down with chains of stairs. Old hotel need refurbish.

Nice hotel but catapulting the wildlife
Pros:

Lovely hotel, clean, food great, staff great.

Although did witness a restaurant manager be a little harsh with one member of staff for mis hearing my drinks order.

Cons:

I thought it was strange that there were no dogs on the beach. As a Veterinary professional I love seeing and interacting with the dogs, I have been sterilising dogs in Yala before arriving at Negombo.

At breakfast I had to watch a member of staff catapulting the birds

Now I understand why there were no dogs.

It's worrying as to how the beach was clear of dogs, when wildlife is catapulted in full view.

For this reason I probably wouldn't return

Wont stay again and would not recommend.
Pros:

The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were okay, and the Sri Lankan breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

The room was very outdated (pictures online were better). The hotel itself was not very nice. Not worth our $170/night. We had a room right next to a group of men who were constantly smoking. My family (2kids & 1baby) couldnt sit on the balcony because of all the smoke and our room smelled like smoke also. There was NO KID POOL. I never would have booked if I knew that. Our fridge didnt work the entire time so our food spoiled. And the western breakfast was not great and flavorless.

Relaxing way to end our stay in Sri Lanka

Lovely facilities and rooms. Expensive but relaxing way to end our trip

Cons:

Sarong sellers on the beach are overpriced. Cheaper in the shops on the Main Street nearby

Paradise close to airport
