Important information:

Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort.

Child Policy:

Children below 5 years stay free of charge on existing bedding.
Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% on meal rates only on existing bedding. This is not included in your current price and needs to be paid directly to the property upon arrival.
Children of age 12 or more are considered adults.

Please note Standard Room with Sea View does not have inter-connecting rooms. Inter-connecting rooms for Deluxe Room with Sea View can only be provided on availability.

Pros:

The breakfast spread was exceptional. There is definitely something for everybody (kids included) and they do justice to all the cuisines they serve. The size of the room was also fantastic. Would've easily accommodated an extra bed and not felt cramped.

Cons:

There were a lot of mosquitoes that would enter our room in the evenings- even if we opened the door just to step out. Another issue we had was that the AC condensation was dripping into the room. And when we brought it up, the response was that the AC needs to run 24/7 for the condensation not to happen. That doesn't make any sense for a property that is making efforts towards sustainability. If we are out all day why does the AC need to be on then?

Morgenmaden var enestående.

Cons:

Alle skulle åbenbart forbi mit rum og alle skød genvej over min terrasse. Både personale og andre gæster. Et meget udsat rum.

Inte ätit, men ben är nog bra.

Cons:

Maten vi har provat (med 10-årig dotter, spaghetti metabolism var Sri Lankan stule och även pizzan. Inte så mycket italienskt.

Great Hotel with the best Staff in Negombo
Pros:

We had a standard room, which was very comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, rich with many options to eat. We used the swimming pools and the gym. overall our stay here, we thought it was the best cost affective hotel we could find in Negombo.

Pros:

Lovely location and view from the room.

Cons:

Obviously the hotel seems dated and needs quite a bit of renovation and upkeep. The brand has a value & have seen other properties so at a relative level the Maintenance and upkeep need a legup. The washroom seemed quite worn & definitely needs a coat of paint.

Évitez les chambres de la catégorie de base sauf si vous maletendant
Pros:

Il y a une belle vue de la plage. La cuisine Sri Lankaise est très bonne mais les plats européens nettement moins avec des problèmes des descriptions sur la carte. "Greens" en anglais signifie légumes verts, à priori cuits, et pas salade. La traduction de "Sweet potato" est patate douce et pas purée de pommes de terre. Les salons sont confortables.

Cons:

Les chambres de la catégorie de base sont très bruyantes parce qu'à l'arrière il y a un couloir ouvert sur la rue très passante et qui de surcroît donne sur la salle de bain avec des persiennes ouvertes et pas une fenêtre fermée. Le vacarme de la rue y passe à cœur joie. Je ne séjournerais de nouveau dans cet hôtel que si j'avais une chambre de catégorie supérieure qui ne souffre pas de ces inconvénients.

Cons:

Slitna rum och allmänt smutsigt. Deluxe-rummen var det verkligen inget deluxe med. Fick ringa efter byte av sängkläder då de var skitiga när vi skulle lägga oss.
