Important information:

Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort.

Child Policy:

Children below 5 years stay free of charge on existing bedding.
Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% on meal rates only on existing bedding. This is not included in your current price and needs to be paid directly to the property upon arrival.
Children of age 12 or more are considered adults.

Please note Standard Room with Sea View does not have inter-connecting rooms. Inter-connecting rooms for Deluxe Room with Sea View can only be provided on availability.

Great location to wake up for first night in Sri Lanka
Pros:

Perfect location for a quick stop over with a late flight arrival into Sri Lanka. Driver pick up was super convenient. Staff were lovely and the arrival tea was so yum! Rooms were comfortable and the softest beds which resulted in a great sleep. Lovely view of the beach from the balcony

Great Post-Airport Stay
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location on the beach. Great breakfast

Cons:

My only negative was the price of the lagoon tour sold by their tour desk - it was wildly overpriced for what it was - a lovely boatman in a little basic dinghy-type boat with plastic chairs. Very nice, but no way were the locals being paid the price I was charged. Tourists do not like being taken advantage of. Happy to pay locals a fair price, but this was clearly being skimmed from the top.

Stunning stay at Jetwing Sea, thoroughly recommend!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel on a stunning quiet beach. A fabulous hotel to decompress after a long flight into Colombo. Excellent hotel facilities, tranquil atmosphere, gorgeous relaxed beach and some lovely local bars to relax of an evening. Thoroughly recommend!!

Cons:

Nothing!! Everything was great!

Only recommend for a stop over (just a bed for the night) as it is cheap and convenient
Pros:

Relatively cheap and in a good location close to the airport and beach

Cons:

They had given our room to someone else when we tried to check in. The room itself was a bit run down and smelled like pee.

Beautiful hotel that could be cheaper. For more value for money.
Pros:

Loved the easy access to the beach and pool. What stood out was the turtle sanctuary and we experienced the egg hatching and bay turtle releasing. This was super special. I accomodation was the room with the splash pool and outdoor bathroom. Room was fantastic.

Cons:

I don't like the outdoor bathroom. It wasn't very clean and it was kinda awkward going late at night to shower outdoors with overlooking windows. Also mosquitos and bugs in the shower.

Also on the second night it was so noisy with rowdy guests. Had to call reception three times to get them to stop.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, sauberer Strand und Pool, riesiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr schönes Restaurant mit Meerblick, ideal für wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge, Personal sehr freundlich, einige Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, Zimmer sehr sauber

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Tax und Service Charge im Restaurant sind sehr hoch
