Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort.

Child Policy:

Children below 5 years stay free of charge on existing bedding.
Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% on meal rates only on existing bedding. This is not included in your current price and needs to be paid directly to the property upon arrival.
Children of age 12 or more are considered adults.

Please note Standard Room with Sea View does not have inter-connecting rooms. Inter-connecting rooms for Deluxe Room with Sea View can only be provided on availability.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gross und vielseitig. Die beiden Pools sind super zum schwimmen und die Sonnenliegen im Schatten der Bäume sehr angenehm.

Sehr grosszügige Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer, Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, riesiger sauberer Pool, sehr zu empfehlen

Cons:

Von der Klimaanlage hat es beim Eingangsbereich im Zimmer von der Decke getropft, aber das Jetwingteam ist sich des Problems mit der sehr hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit bewusst und ist stets dran.
Die klimatisierten Räume beim Empfang sind für unseren Geschmack zu tief gekühlt.

Exceptional staff and excellent service !
Pros:

The staff is exceptionally good and absolutely amazing providing great service through the 2 nights we spent there . A special mention to Dewmini who greeted us on arrival with a beautiful smile and a refreshing drink . All the staff were proactive , caring and compassionate during our stay . A medical emergency at the start of our vacation that one of our group had was thankfully resolved with a good outcome allowing us to finish our vacation . We are forever grateful to Ihsaan & Seneshi at the reception for your kindness and who came with us to ER . Thank you once again!
Thank you to restaurant staff Pasindu and Hassan . Also a big thanks to the Chef who cooked gluten free tasty authentic Sri Lankan food that my husband who was gluten free could eat for dinner .
The spa was also really nice with great therapists .
Most of all it was completely a surprise how Jetwing group has such a great plan for sustainable tourism taking climate change seriously and implementing this sustainable tourism throughout all their properties . I would really recommend your hotels to my friends back home who would love this approach .

Cons:

This property is perhaps older than all the other properties we stayed at during our 9 day stay in Sr Lanka . The decor and furniture seemed a little dated and needs updating . Bathrooms while very clean needs better and brighter lighting .

Der Strand ist super schön und das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig

Cons:

Gefühlt gibt es eine schöne Seite ind eine ein bisschen heruntergekommene Seite des Hotels. Ich war im weniger schönen Teil, mit Wasserflecken an der Decke und Nachbarn die sich ständig auf meine Terrasse gesetzt haben.

Short stay in Negambo
Pros:

location was great

Cons:

The room was outdated, and the hallway leading to it faced a cemetery, which was not a pleasant view upon arrival.

The room was also not as clean as it could have been, so cleanliness and overall maintenance could be improved.

Excellent stay close to the airport
Pros:

We had the rooms by the beach and swimming pool. We stayed five nights . Breakfast buffet was amazing. We had a dinner once and it was also excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful . Excellent stay . Beach was clean.

Cons:

Bar alcohols and drink prices were steep .
