The hotel is in a great area and the building itself is quite beautiful. I had a beautiful view of the cathedral. Breakfast was included and staff were friendly.
The internet could be improved. Also I opted for a room with a window to the street and the noise outside lasted all night long.
Excellent location. Can be a bit noisy because it is so central, so bring earplugs. All staff, bar one, were really helpful. Special mention of Maria on reception.
On one day, I received a takeaway breakfast which did not include a drink, as I was going on a tour. The tour was then cancelled after about an hour in, so I returned to the hotel and asked if I could go to the breakfast room and have a hot drink. The man on reception was very firm and said no! What he didn’t tell me was that there is a drinks station at the back of reception where you can get hot drinks at anytime, and refill your water bottle (knowing this would have saved me money!). I only spotted it when I was waiting for my onward transport when leaving the following day.

Tout ,absolument tout ,tout est fait avec goût, le chambre est magnifique et spacieuse, du café est à disposition, le poêle a bois dans la chambre est prêt a être allumé, la literie est très confortable . Un petit jardin avec une table et banc en pierre devant notre chambre bref tout est parfait

Excellent staff, lovely rustic rooms.
Convenient location near many restaurants, bars, and tourist areas (like the witches market). Staff are friendly and helpful with arranging tours and transport if needed. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets for warmth. Would happily stay here again.
