Lack of outside area. We had spefucally asked for a balcony and understood we were to get one overlooking the courtyard. We would not have booked if we had realised that was not going to happen.

Highly recommend this stay.
Pros:

The location is exceptionally central and perfectly placed to explore Seville, with most major sights easily accessible on foot. Everything truly is within walking distance, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The property itself is very well maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully cared for.

The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and inviting, adding to an overall wonderful stay. The staff were consistently friendly, warm, and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special mention to Olga, who went above and beyond by kindly staying with us and helping arrange a cab. Her support and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on our experience.

Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the center on a cozy square. The bed is comfortable. We stayed on the top floor, and all the windows faced the terraces — a very cozy attic room under the roof.
The kitchen has everything you need, and there is a large, comfortable bathroom. The terrace offers a view over Seville.
All the main attractions are within walking distance, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

Home away from home.
Pros:

It was full of character. Located minutes from majority of the attractions in Sevilla and opens right on to a cluster of orange trees that leave the place smelling absolutely beautiful.

Supreme location, breathtaking views from spacious and lovely rooms in a beautiful building.
Pros:

Just the best area - in the centre of the old city, but in a lovely quiet and elegant square. The building is exceptionally beautiful, and Olga is the most hospitable and charming of hosts. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and look forward to returning. The views are marvellous, the spaces excellent, and the bed extremely comfortable.

Excellent stay, highly recommended.
Pros:

Great location, central but free of traffic. Olga is a great host, full of local knowledge and very helpful guiding where to visit. The penthouse includes 3 rooftop patios with a separate plunge pool and spa!
