Pros:

Outdated . Sofa was 50 year old. Room 1 was humid. Pool in the room was not clean, not appealing. Poor lighting. Expensive for the quality . Poor value . Nice hostess however .

Wonderful
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Seville and couldn’t have picked a better place. The location was absolutely perfect; central enough to walk everywhere, yet still peaceful and comfortable after long days exploring the city.

What really made the experience special, though, was the warmth and kindness of the host. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared that we experienced the best of Seville. Her food recommendations were excellent and ended up being some of our favourite meals of the trip; authentic places we never would have found ourselves.

The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after busy days wandering through the city. Overall, this stay added so much to our experience of Seville and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended!

Cons:

One area for improvement would be the mosquitoes at night. We unfortunately got quite a few bites during our stay. It would really help to have mosquito protection on the windows or stronger mosquito sprays/repellents available in the apartment, especially during warmer months.

Echt een heel fijn appartement op een toplocatie. Rustig, goed ingericht, heel aangename sfeer. Lekker plonsbadje op het dak. Kleinschalig. En als absolute top: gastvrouw Olga!

Comfortable stylish apartment and in a great location
Pros:

Beautiful penthouse apartment, in a perfect location with a short walk to local attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. Quiet location. The apartment had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We enjoyed the large roof terrace. The host was very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay

We had a truly wonderful time and would 100% revisit stay at the CH Apartments again.
Pros:

Olga was the perfect host - wonderfully welcoming and helpful, with such a friendly manner. We had everything we needed in the stunning apartment; it was extremely clean and very well furnished, and the location was amazing for anywhere we wanted to walk to within the main city and its tourist attractions, bars and restaurants, public transport, etc. The rooftop sun terrace with pool was a huge added bonus.

Cons:

I can think of nothing that could have been improved or that did not meet our requirements. Olga provided details of local attractions and was always around to help or very quick to respond to any request. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying in this apartment building.

Appartement très agréable et très bien placé
Pros:

Très bel endroit, appartement propre, piscine sur le toit très agréable. L’emplacement est parfait, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Et accueil au top !

Magnifique séjour à Seville !
Pros:

Très bien situé pour visiter tous les différents quartiers de Seville, également la petite piscine sur le toit de l’immeuble pour se détendre après une journée de visites…

Nuestra estancia en CH Apartments Boutique fue simplemente maravillosa. La ubicación es perfecta y el apartamento estaba impecable, cuidado hasta el último detalle, con una cama comodísima!

Pero lo más especial fue Olga, una persona encantadora y atenta. Olvidé mi collar y tuvo la enorme amabilidad de enviármelo rápidamente, un gesto que valoro muchísimo.

¡Olga, eres la mejor! Estaremos encantados de volver.

Pros:

Localização, simpatia e atenção da Olga com dicas de passeios e restaurantes. Apartamento é bem completo.

Cons:

A pressão do chuveiro é fraca. O site do Booking deveria informar que a acomodação não possui esquema de limpeza, nem troca de toalhas.
