Les chambres manquent un peu de chaleur. Les lumières sont très fortes et blanches. Ce n’est pas très intime pour une chambre. La douche glisse. La piscine est toute petite.

Paradijsje in Valladolid, mega chille locatie in de hoofdstraat, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en onze auto konden we voor de deur parkeren.

It’s a beautiful little spot on the best street in Valladolid. Lovely and helpful staff. They helped us to organize a tour to Ek Balam and 2 cenotes and it was a perfect day. The breakfast, and our lovely server Alex, was so good.
Small beds. The pillow cases were too small for the pillows and it didn’t feel very hygienic to have bare pillow exposed in a hotel. The toilet had the worst flush of our 5 hotels around the peninsula.
Emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter et manger dans la ville. Situation très bien pour rayonner dans la région avec une voiture. Service du petit déjeuner au top, rapide et efficace... et très bon.

The staff were excellent, they helped in advance to book our onward taxi and helped to get us a taxi to Saytum cenote, which is well worth a visit. We left early for Chichen Itze and they packed us a takeaway breakfast, which was very kind and unexpected.

The staff Is súper friendly and accommodating. I love the design - so quaint and you feel like you’re in a tranquil garden with a pool and then you step out into the street and there is a lot to explore
