Good space, location, and value for families. But needs some improvement.
Pros:

Location was ideal: 1 block from 5th Avenida with all the main shops and restaurants and a few blocks walking distance to decent beach access (closer to ferry terminal). The apartments were spacious: we had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (ideal for a family of 4) and quiet mostly at night. The beds were comfy. There was a little noise from the loud outdoor celebrations near CocoBongo on weekend nights of spring break. Elevator works well.

Cons:

Our bathroom fixtures were loose and rusty. They used cheap, painted plywood for the bathroom sink counter which got really wet so the wood warped. Several doors and cabinet doors were chipped and splintered possibly from humidity and not being trimmed to not scrape the floor. Those doors were hard to open or close fully. They did not provide washcloths which is not a big deal. This unit could have used some updated fixtures and refreshing of doors to make it much nicer. The rooftop pool was small and looked dirty. They only had 2 bicycles and a back brake was not attached. So, our family of 4 could not use the bikes.

Eine Katastrophe! Vermeiden Sie eine Buchung des Hotels es gibt viele bessere Angebote.

Gar nichts. Wie waren vom ersten Tag an enttäuscht von allem.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt neben einer offenen Disco und schlafen ist nicht möglich, denn von 20.30 Uhr bis 03.00 Uhr ist es so laut, dass die Wände vom Bass vibrieren. Die Unterkunft ist auch recht herunter gekommen. Das ganze ist Renovierungsbedürftig und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr mangelhaft und Schränke für Kleider gibt es keine. Nach drei Tagen sind wir in ein anderes Apartment umgezogen. Es gab auch bis jetzt kein Anzeichen an ein finanzielles entgegenkommen des Betreibers. Wir hatten das Apartment für einen Monat gebucht.

Nada desde que llegamos, pésimo la chica de recepción toda mal encarada y la habitación muy desgastado todo, las sábanas y toallas sucias o muy usadas, la habitación da mal olor, una ventana que daba a un pasillo no sirve, muy fácil se puede meter alguien.
Me cobraron una toalla que no había nos dimos cuenta que faltaba cuando nos entregaron, no es como que llegues a contar toallas, lo que si es que no te dejan salir hasta que no cuentan lo que según te dejaron.

El estacionamiento te lo cobran no es parte del servicio que ya contrataste.

Y pues recepción en general mal

Right in the action. Great roof-top pool, ocean view and nice rooms!

Cons:

Water pressure was quite low. Also the nearby nightclub played very loud music until late into the evening. It didn't really bother me, or keep me from sleeping, but it might be an issue for some.
