Cons:

Water pressure was quite low. Also the nearby nightclub played very loud music until late into the evening. It didn't really bother me, or keep me from sleeping, but it might be an issue for some.

Struttura che non viene curata a sufficienza: porte che non si chiudono o si bloccano, scarico acqua water poco pratico, pezzi di intonaco dei cornicioni mancanti.
Inoltre stoviglie al minimo, coltelli che non tagliano.

La finition dans le logement. Poignet de porte cassé, fil électrique apparent, toilette bouchée, fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas…etc

Modern apartment with plenty of space and nice balcony. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Great location close to 5th Avenue, restaurants, shopping etc.

Cons:

Unfortunately the apartments are located close to 3 bars/discos which are very loud until 4am. It really spoiled our first week. If you choose these apartments, speak with them aforehand and make sure you get an apartment less exposed to the noise/street. A pity for great apartments! Kitchen a bit under equipped and we would have liked a parasoll at the rooftop/pool.
