컨디션 접근성 자체는 굿

Cons:

스위트 예약했고 예고없이 체크인 30분 지연. 청소가 늦어져서라는데 이해가 되진 않았음.
객실 구조가 거실에 화장실이 없고 침실통해서 이용해야하는게 조금 의문.

Okay for a short stay but improvements needed.
Pros:

It is near to the place I am visiting. Relatively clean and has a convenient store right in the building. Very near a supermarket too.

Cons:

No place to hang clothes in toilet when I shower. They dont replenish the coffee and tea bags and also inconsistent service. Toilet paper takes two days to replenish. Cups are also not washed. Just don’t feel like a 4 star hotel

숙소가 깨끗하고 좋았어요~ 가격에 비해 나쁘진 않아요 그런데 매트리스가 좀 안 좋아요 조식당은 아주 좋다고 했는데 음식 가격은 저렴하나 딱 그 가격에 맞는 수준이고 가격에 비해 아주 훌륭한 정도는 아니구요~ 소음이

가격에 비해 깨끗했어요~ 로비도 넓고 분위기도 좋고 무엇보다 주차장이 넓어요

Cons:

조식당이 호텔 객실에 비해 테이블이 모자라서 조금 더 테이블이 여유 있어야 할것 같아요
4인석 테이블이 없어 조식당 입구에 앉았는데 일찍 갔음에도 불구하고 나머지 테이블은 6인용 8인용 4개가 남아서 입구가 춥고

시끄러웠어요~ 직원들 목소리 때문에

음식은 가격에 좋았는데 계란 프라이 어떻게 구워주는 것에 대해서 쉐프님이 영어를 못 하고 한국말도 못해서 직원 도움이 필요 했는데
매니저님이 안내만 해주고

이후에 고객 서비스에 관한 것은 관여하지
않아서 조금 불편 했습니다

모두 만족스런 호텔
Pros:

아주 편안한 침대에 청소상태도 아주 좋았으며 무엇보다 조용해서 좋았어요
가성비 최고였습니다

조식메뉴 좋았고 직원분들 친절하시고 원주에서 인터불고호텔이 유일한 4성급이라서 다음에 또 방문할려고 합니다.

객실 청소상태 엉망이고 침구에서 먼지가 너무 많이나서 룸체인지 요청할려다가 1박이라서 대충 테이프로 침구 먼지 떼고 숙박했습니다. 욕실 샤워하면 물이 밖으로 전부 튀는것도 단점입니다.
