- they kept our luggage after checkout
- we got a lesser room than we booked and were not informed about it but only noticed once we were inside the room. We were still expected to pay the same price and even more for it "for breakfast" even though according to the booking breakfast should be included. After some discussion it was okay that we only payed the price as set by booking, though we still had a lesser room.
- the area is okay but the path walking to the CBD goes over a river of trash and people working nearby
- our breakfast was served covered by plastic foil
I arrived late at night,the guard and the receptionist were really helpful.
Got charged a price plus breakfast during my booking,but on reaching the premises,the receptionist informed me the price was not inclusive of breakfast when i had indeed selected the option of "inclusive of breakfast"during room selection and paid for the same.So i'd advice to pay exclusive of breakfast since on reaching the site they will tell you a different story.
The staff were delightful. The food was nicely prepared and delicious. The facilities were clean and relatively quiet.
I was not given the deluxe room that I booked. I was given a smaller room. Many of the listed room amenities were not present. I was there for one week, but there was no maid service.

The place has lost most of the qualities I found a year ago. Breakfast no more included, no restaurant anymore. The driver they organized for me tried to rip me off.

Breakfast was advertised in the package but it was room only available. Room right next to reception so very noisy
The staff were wonderful, and it was great for the money. The thing they could improve on is more comfortable seats and living plants.
