Beautiful place with excellent service. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Sebastian for his outstanding hospitality, and to Freda, Lulu, Peter, and the reception team for always being approachable and welcoming. The housekeeping staff also did a fantastic job. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place.
Love this place. Ismael or driver was so friendly and a great driver. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. All wonderful. It’s a bit older of a venue but clean and kind people.

We stayed at Crown Hotel for two weeks and had an excellent experience. The food was consistently delicious, and we especially enjoyed the Indian menu options, which were always prepared to perfection.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ambros, Samson, Sebastian, Lulu, and Boisen for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. Their warmth and dedication made our stay even more memorable.

Location was more convenient and easier to identify.
Atmosphere was nice and cool.
Rooms were nice and clean and with beddings well prepared and value for money

This place will be my go to from now on when Im in png. From airport pick up, Sebastian the driver was fantastic, polite, friendly and helpful. To the hotel staff welcoming, friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
Food was fabulous. Location is great and the view wow absolutely beautiful. Will miss looking out seeing the ocean.

Organized with Crown Hotel in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea a very special occasion. The evening of 23rd May 2026 is going to be etched in the hearts and of the hosts and guests (130+)forever. Exceptionally well organized, the team was always on hand to assist and the food was delicious and was commented positively by each guest.

The staff are what makes the place! From the pick up at the airport by Sebastian, to the warm and helpful welcome at the front desk, and the professionalism of the hospitality staff in the cafe and restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was.
The location is good. Near the beach and an easy safe walk. My only negative is that the hotel is becoming a bit run down. It needs a revamp in the rooms and outdoor areas.
I would definitely stay again.
