Very helpful staff, great location.
Pros:

Excellent service. Staff are unfailingly friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Great complimentary shuttle service to/from the Airport. Loved the breakfasts - the omelettes in particular! Great location downtown with lovely water views, too. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there next time in PNG.

Best Hotel ever seen
Pros:

I came to PNG and my plans fell apart and I had Alina Frida helped me out from reception to get me some places to stay to eat and travel is really nice with an unexpected curveball in my trip, Kaplan’s saved the day and connected me logistically and even let me use her hot spot because she cares.

Saved by the Hostess
Pros:

I was taken in to the Crown Hotel Port Moresby, on Monday night (8/6/26) as a disrupted passenger after our Air Niugini plane was cancelled mid afternoon. The Crown Hotel Representative, Ms Cassey Gait provided valuable information and guidance in co-ordinating our collection by Hotel Shuttle bus and assisting with accommodation vouchers and general assurances. Staff such as Cassey are very valuable "front of house" Hotel Reps and her help and all other Hotel staff was much appreciated, while under highly uncertain circumstances. Thank you... Roger

First PNG experience
Pros:

Beautiful place with excellent service. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Sebastian for his outstanding hospitality, and to Freda, Lulu, Peter, and the reception team for always being approachable and welcoming. The housekeeping staff also did a fantastic job. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place.

Love this place. Ismael or driver was so friendly and a great driver. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. All wonderful. It’s a bit older of a venue but clean and kind people.
