Pros:

Особливо сподобалися зручне розташування, кондиціонер у номері та сніданки — легкі та дієтичні🤔

Cons:

Готель великий і загалом справив непогане враження, але хотілося б, щоб більше уваги приділяли якості прибирання. Особливо важливо ретельніше готувати номер до заселення нових гостей після попередніх мешканців.
Також під час нашого перебування не працював ліфт. Для молодих людей це, можливо, не є великою проблемою, але для гостей старшого віку підйом сходами може бути складним, оскільки сходинки досить високі та круті. Сподіваюся, готель врахує ці зауваження та покращить комфорт для гостей.

Personale incompetente e abbigliamento non adeguato.
Ascensore non funzionante ma questo è il minimo..Camere con formiche, capelli nei letti e asciugamani gialli.
in uno settimana di pernottamento non ci hanno mai pulito la camera (su booking era specificato che la pulizia era inclusa).
Siamo andate a reclamare la pulizia della camera e prima ci hanno riso in faccia e poi hanno detto che non c’era il signore delle pulizie. Abbiamo di conseguenza chiesto i teli puliti per cambiarceli in autonomia ma anch’essi sporchi e non adeguati con ulteriore richiesta di altri lenzuoli ci ha detto che non ne avevano altri, cosa assai improbabile dato che siamo in un hotel.
siamo venuti infine a sapere dal signore delle pulizie che andava prenotata alla reception, ma nessuno ci aveva comunicato ciò… personale che non parla nessuna lingua se non il tedesco e sembrano di non capire nemmeno dove si trovano. Quando siamo scese a comunicare quello che ci aveva detto il ragazzo delle pulizie hanno chiesto come era fatto, nemmeno loro sapevano che colleghi hanno.
