Cons:

En realidad el hotel Vaway no me gusto en lo absoluto, solicite una habitación con 2 camas. Dichas camas tenían un colchón durisimo, las camas muy estrechas, totalmente incómodas. El piso de la habitación totalmente irregular, tenia olor a humedad, me dio la impresión que esa habitación 203 del segundo piso, había estado cerrada por mucho tiempo, rescato el baño que es remodelado. El hotel me causó una muy mala impresión, la recepción solo era un pasillo y solo vi a una persona la recepcionista. Publicidad engañosa. Rescato la excelente ubicación en el centro histórico de Cuenca. De allí un pésimo recibimiento, le pedían la identificación a mi abuela que tiene 87 años y como ella no la portaba, no me querían registrar, tuve que reclamar porque ya había pagado, y si yo cancelaba la reservacion, perdía los 162 dólares cargados a mi tarjeta, cuando vieron que yo llame para que nos vinieran a recoger y hospedarnos en otro hotel, supuestamente dejaron pasar por alto su política hotelera, sin embargo a mi no me pidieron mi cédula de identidad. Fue desagradable. No me hospedaria jamás, así me ofrezcan gratis la estadía. Todo lo que he dicho es en honor de la verdad. Publicidad mentirosa.

El hotel excelente, el ruido excesivo

La cama y almohadas super cómodas, la presión del agua buenísima y la vista desde el rooftop lo mejor.

Cons:

EL RUIDO. Es excesivo, nos hospedamos en la habitación 502 (piso 5) y escuchamos desde personas hablando en la calle, ruido de carros, música, gente de tours hablando en micrófono y campanas de la Iglesia muy fuerte bien temprano en la mañana (6 - 7 - 8am), todos los días.

The view was amazing.

Cons:

The staff acted weird when they figured we were two girls, it was even uncomfortable for them to help us to call a taxi, that made me feel me and my partner uncomfortable as we decided to Walk out with our luggage.

12 usd for breakfast but when we got up there it was almost empty …..

The view from the suite was beautiful tho.
