Avoid and look for something else
Pros:

Rooms are big and the hotel is close to the center in a quiet area

Cons:

All is very old and the room and specially the bathroom were not clean. I booked four nights and had to leave after the second night . The bathroom tub did not drain the water and was disgusting. I don’t recommend this place

Hôte très sympathique et arrangeant. L'hébergement est idéalement situé, tout en étant calme. On recommande !

Cons:

Comme souvent en Géorgie, il n'y a pas de volet et la lumière peut réveiller le matin. Sinon rien à dire !

Geweldig
Pros:

Je betaalt weinig geld voor een propere kamer met ruime badkamer. Giorgio en zijn collega’s zijn super vriendelijke mensen die heel behulpzaam zijn. Het hotel ligt dicht in centrum waardoor alles makkelijk te bereiken is.

Остались очень тёплые впечатления от пребывания в этом отеле в Кутаиси ❤️ Уютная атмосфера, чистый и комфортный номер, приятный интерьер и, самое главное, очень доброжелательное отношение персонала. Чувствуется настоящее грузинское гостеприимство — всё с душой и вниманием к гостям.
Отдельное спасибо за заботу, комфорт и атмосферу, благодаря которой отдых получился ещё приятнее. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям! 🇬🇪❤️

Pros:

Great stay at Hotel Royal in Kutaisi! The bohemian-style design made the stay quite an interesting and memorable experience. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and there’s also a nice balcony where you can relax with a glass of wine. Friendly staff and a very pleasant stay overall.

Abbiamo passato 5notti con una tranquillità incredibile.il.propretario era molto gentile una ambiente accogliente e caldo.minsembrva essere casa mia..posizione perfetta dalla finestra si vedeva la città,stanze enormi bagnio grande..che dire vicino al centro a due passi si trova tutto.quindi consigliatisimo♥️♥️vorrei ringraziare il proprietario per la sua accoglienza cosi famigliare♥️chi sa se ci vediamo ancora.

Спасибо большое, мы прилетели ночью, нас встретили. Заселились без малейших проблем. Очень доброжелательные хозяева. Всё понравилось. В следующий приезд, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

Pros:

Struttura pulita in buona posizione vcino al centro. Bagno grande e stanza provvista di bollitore e l occorrente per farsi un caffè.

Cons:

Non ci è stata data la stanza che abbiamo prenotato ossia la King Suite ma una più piccola senza balcone. Divano letto scomodo.
