Great clean place and value for your money. Skytree tower is close by
Pros:

Property was very clean. Good communication. Beds were comfortable. Fast internet. Dishes, silverware provided to include soaps to wash. Shower shampoo, body soap and conditioner provided

Cons:

There is no parking at the family. There is a TIMES parking located across the river bridge at the nearby supermarket. About 7 minute walk. All night one day was Y2,800.

Pros:

I liked how we could see the tokyo skytree every night we were walking. The rooms were comfy and the utilities provided was great too!!!

Cons:

The area was a little far from the train train stations but there were bus stops near by so that made of for that.

The owner will not accommodate any request.
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

The property had no place to dry my clothes. Very little toiletries. Only one pan to cook. Tried to clean the mop was broke. Very far from downtown Tokyo. The owner never address any of my issues. I made four requests to the owner for assistance . He said everything was in the house. The last day the brother of the owner asked if we have a good stay. We told him all the issues, but was never addressed for the entire week. Very disappointing stay.

Liked the proximity but putting the cleaning items in the bedroom seems inappropriate

Cons:

One of the rooms - too hard -too narrow -to open the wardrobe. Also, some basic necessities not there such as toothbrush etc. Bathroom window no curtain to cover. No drainer for plates after washing, no plastic curtain in the shower, no umbrella

It was a quiet and relaxing getaway in Tokyo.
Pros:

There was plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The washing space was great and it had plenty of amenities for us to enjoy. It’s a nice quiet stay in Tokyo compared to Shibuya or Shinjuku.

Cons:

I loved all of it. Only downside is train stations are a little far but, there are plenty of bus lines to get you where you need to be.

住宿品質如同在家一般無異，提供的wifi速度也很快！總共居住一個禮拜7天，提供備品充足，適合家庭旅遊居住

Cons:

住宿實在離地鐵站太遠了！最後旅遊只能選擇搭公車旅行！適合省交通費的人，若能配套其他代步工具，應該就很完美了

Cómodo y tiene de todo. Cocina bien equipada. Todo tipo de productos de baño y cocina. Supermercado al lado. La respuesta del dueño siempre a tiempo

Good place for groups to enjoy Tokyo
Pros:

Beautiful property with two bed rooms. We are four men and there is no problem with the size of this property. Location is 15 mins walk from two different stations(Oshiage, Kameido). You can see the Skytree every day. There is a delicious bakery nearby.

Cons:

15 mins walk from train station(s) are bit far. Check-in instructions was provided extremely closer to the dates we scheduled to check-in. It made us a bit nervous as this is our first time ever visiting Japan. A/C and bathroom controller are all in Japanese.

Awesome and comfortable stay at the house.
Pros:

It felt like a home away from home, it is complete with amenities and very clean.

Cons:

It’s quite a walk from the nearest train stations (Oshiage and Kameido) but not necessarily a big issue.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment, great experience!
Pros:

The interior decor was very lovely. It was also great that there were 4 beds and there was enough space for everyone in our family to sleep comfortably. The directions to to hostel were very clear too, as was the communication with the owner. We really liked the neighbourhood and that it was walking distance to transit and a 10 min walk to the Skytree. There was also a 7/11 that was 4 minutes away as well as Olympic supermarket which made it easy to get food to keep in the apartment. We would highly recommend this property!

Cons:

We have no complaints about our stay or the property.
