Location, value for money
Thin walls so woken up by other residents several times
Location
No air con
Great location to visit Puzzlewood and wye valley. Staff v friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night. Family room comfortable and spacious.
Cleaning of bathroom could have been better. Toilet didnt seem to have been fully cleaned. Hairs in sink and shower. Carpet worn in places. A fake plant or some kind of cabinet would have made it nice like the main room which was inviting.
Breakfast was of standard quality iv stayed many times but found this time quality of food and gents toilet could do better
mondäne Unterkunft im Golfklub, Essen nebenan im Clubhaus, Zimmer geräumig und sehr schön

Staff really friendly and helpful
Lumpy mattress
Short walk into town and comfortable, large clubhouse. It has a golf course and bowling greens so very busy with people taking part in these activities.
Room was very basic for the price.
Location
Flat pillows, bit out dated decor , breakfast interesting
Staff very friendly and helpful at all times professional and caring food excellent rooms absolutely spotless and beds totally comfortable in my opinion a fantastic and memorable stay thank you Bell's hotel.
Everything scenery hotel the clubhouse and most of all the staff
We saw friends and have stayed 3 times but only ok
There was no AC , very noisy from the other rooms and Bells club house didn’t have anything on the menu we liked due to running out of chicken. There were children running a mock with no staff dealing with this. We will never return and find another suitable place. Terrible
Had flies all over one of the single beds

Staff contacted me prior to my arrival and arranged a room near to the reception and it was an accessible room suitable for my 91 year old mother. I think this was excellent. Staff here are always very pleasant and the hotel should be commended for this.
Ive stayed at the Bells a few times now and my only criticism would be that some of the rooms are dated and some if the mattresses aren't the most comfortable. However I do understand that the cost and current economic climate are against them. Would definitely stay in the future.
Location was convenient for my needs.
Unusual heat wave so a small bedside fan would have been useful.
Room was dingy, worn-out carpet, like a furnace. Had to borrow fan from the club house, the reception said no when we checked in. The room needed more than just a fan. No provision was made to make the customer stay better in the extremely warm summer.
Room clean and basically furnished. Shower good.
Quiet location. Good parking.
