Good value, clean, convenient location, friendly staff.
No air con or fan in room. It was probably the hottest day of the year.
Location was good for me
Quite expensive and not that clean. Had to plug aerial lead back in to TV and there was a very thick layer of dust behind it.
Everything else was clean though.
Very good.

Niks
Despite some negative reviews we found the room very quiet and comfortable.
Location next to Forest of Dean and attractions
Breakfast was good. Location was good for my purposes. Open view from room window.
No useable WiFi in room 28, reported but no action taken (other rooms closer to reception may be fine).
TV reception not great on most channels, ariel connection loose, hard to watch a football match.
Room next door had bathroom fan on all night, every night, very loud and intrusive in my room.
Ironically, bathroom fan in my room didn't work.
Underside of white toilet seat stained yellow, crack in basin.
great location, room comfortable, breakfast good. easy to find, plenty of parking.
They were really helpful and had a wheelchair accessible room.
Walls very thin could here being above and in next room on the phone and using the bathroom
Front Desk were welcoming, the staff are all very friendly
The room was a superior suite yet the bed was knackered. Very uncomfortable sleep, the springs had all gone in the mattress but there was no replacement available. Bathroom was out dated but clean.
It was convenient for our visit
We have stayed here many times and this was definitely the worst room we have had. It smelt damp . The breakfast has also gone downhill - now just a buffet - you used to choose from a menu😩
Near to where I needed to be
The electric grass cutter out side my window during the night
Room was clean and tidy. Nice bar and restaurant.
The restaurant was very good. Good selection of food. Well cooked
It was quite expensive for the 3 dogs to stay with us. £15 per dog per night, so for us it was £15 x3x3. I understand it is for extra cleaning but 3 dogs don't make 3 times as much dirt.
