Pros:

We stayed for 10 days. The service, staff, view, and overall hospitality were excellent. At breakfast, Tariq, Furqan, and Mustafa were wonderful. Shafat who is working at night in the café was also wonderful, and the receptionists Bilal, khalil, Mohammed and Ecem were very great and helpful as well.
Overall, we had a good staying.

Cons:

However, the bed was uncomfortable, we faced problem with the Tv
and the bathroom sink was leaking. We reported it twice, but it was never fixed.

A hotel with an amazing view and great hospitality, but the bathroom flooded every time we showered.
Pros:

The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the Bosphorus view from our room was absolutely breathtaking.

Cons:

The bathroom design was quite problematic. The rainfall shower head on the ceiling was leaking water from the sides rather than spraying correctly. Additionally, the shower did not have a door, causing water to splash everywhere and completely flood the entire bathroom floor after every shower.

Bu otelde kaçıncı kalışımız artık sayamıyoruz 😊 Her seferinde geri gelmemizin tek sebebi: her şeyin gerçekten mükemmel olması! Odalar harika, konum mükemmel ve personel konaklamamızı daha da özel kılıyor. Resepsiyonda Ecem, Muhabbet, Fatih, Bilal, Taylan, Halil ve Emir’e. Temizlikte Tugay’a çok teşekkür ederiz. Mutfakta çalışan ekip arkadaşlarının isimlerini bilmiyoruz ama onlar da son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Herkese teşekkürler!
