Cons:

Nous avons séjourné à cinq au 3ᵉ étage de cet hôtel, et malheureusement l’expérience a été très décevante.

Le principal problème est l’acoustique : on entend absolument tout. Entre les claquements de portes incessants, la musique à fond et les conversations des chambres voisines — comme si les cloisons étaient en carton — il nous a été impossible de dormir correctement. Les portes elles-mêmes donnent l’impression d’être de simples planches de bois tant elles laissent passer le bruit.

Résultat : trois nuits blanches. Même les enfants n’ont pas pu se reposer, nous étions tous épuisés avec des cernes impressionnants.

J’ai pourtant signalé ces nuisances à trois reprises à la réception. À chaque fois, on m’a assuré que le nécessaire serait fait, mais rien n’a changé. Pire encore, des personnes fumaient dans les couloirs — ce que j’ai également signalé — sans aucune réaction de la part de l’établissement.

C’est la première fois que je laisse un avis négatif, mais dans ce cas, il est malheureusement amplement mérité. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

We konden de ramen niet dicht doen, aangezien er veel verkeersoverlast daar aanwezig is moeten ze daar tenminste rekening houden met het geluid en zo dringend mogelijk de ramen herstellen

Прекрасная локация и завтрак, за исключением того, что он начался позднее положенного, т.к персонал вообще никуда не спешил. Удобный матрас)

Отель уже не в лучшем состоянии. В душ сходить проблематично, все заливает водой,т.к перегородка маленькая. Поломанная лейка душа, из всех её щелей бежит вода + отсутствие в итоге горячей воды..оставило негативное впечатление. Сюда добавился завтрак, который пришлось прям подождать. Сам завтрак был хорошим и сытным. Но грязные стулья в ресторане это неуважение к своим гостям. Под окнами работала вентиляция или блоки от кондиционера (не понятно), было хорошо их слышно в номере.

Balkon Tür konnten nicht schließen , mehr daher melden kein Reparatur und kein Info , schade ☹️ wenn man in Sommer zu machen möchte wegen laute , war nicht möglich .

Gute Lage, sauberes Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück. Rauchen im Frühstücksbereich darf nicht sein!!

Sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf den Bosphorus

Cons:

Es kann nicht sein das Rauchen während des Frühstücks erlaubt wird. Sogar wenn kleine Kinder dabei waren wurde muter geraucht. Hier sollte das Hotel ganz klar sich an geltende Regeln halten.

Gut, aber nicht wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück
Es war kein Buffet sondern wurde aufgetischt.
Viel Auswahl und sehr lecker.
Auf Wunsch mit Nachschub.
Frühstückslokal angenehm mit schöner Aussicht.
Lage des Hotels top. Aber keine shops oder markets in der Nähe.
Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel betreibt eine Bar im 7. Stock.
Man hörte die Musik und den Lärm bis im Zimmer. Wir konnten nicht schlafen und die Kinder auch nicht.

Paper thin walls, noisy guests (partying at 2am), smell of smoke in the bedroom, shower didn’t work properly, broken toilet seat, slow breakfast, and same food every day - no choice. Staff often unhelpful.
