The room was comfortable and functional, staff was very welcoming and supportive, location was perfect and the room view was so perfect! The Turkish breakfast was also great!
The window was not soundproof, but we had our earing protection with us, what could isolate the noise during our sleep.
Everything was perfect the location and the veiw was amazing.

Zimmer Hotel’deki konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otel gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Özellikle Halil Bey bizimle çok iyi ilgilendi ve çok yardımcı oldu. Personelin misafirperverliğinden ve odamıza yaptıkları nazik ikramlardan dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.
Mr. Khalil in the resption was wonderful and very kind i give him 10/10.
The breakfast was set menus and the person who service us the food was very bad, and they changed the breakfast location but not mentioned in booking.com.
The location is great - a short walk from Galataport and a walking distance to all the main attraction.
The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful especially Ms. Ecem, Mr. Hilal and Bilal - fixed the AC problem immediately, sent the iron to the room and were very helpful in general.
The breakfast is amazing - all the best from Turkish cuisine was there. Loved Atelier Rebul cosmetics in the room.
The water in the shower went out of the shower cabin.
