Wonderful location, ok rooms
Pros:

The location was perfect, easily accessible by public transport (parking would be terrible I think) and right by Ehrenstraße with all the shops and restaurants :)

Cons:

The standard double room was tiny, everything seemed very outdated and worn out, especially the bathrooms

It was way more basic then the pictures made it seem. Very small room and not as clean as you would like. Hair in the shower and lot’s of dust.

Lamentablemente no pudimos verlo

Cons:

Exactamente 1 hora antes del check-in, nos llamaron por teléfono y nos avisaron que por un problema en la habitación tenían que cancelarnos. Coincidió la noche en Colonia en que tocaba DIE TOTEN HOSEN despedida por lo que Colonia estaba llena. No nos ofrecieron otra cosa, que era lo mínimo que tendrían que haber hecho dada la situación- solo el reintegro delo que habíamos pagado. Creo que tendrían que haberse hecho cargo de ello. AL menos pagarnos la diferencia de lo que tuvimos que pagar extra por reservar en ese mismo minuto en una ciudad con > 16000 personas que iban al recital. Booking tendría que tener alguna norma con respecto a esto. Si yo no me presento, me cobran igual pero si me cancelan en el momento del check -in, tendrían que tener cierta penalización.

Very tiring
Pros:

Location and property was very clean

Cons:

Not a single staff there and big problem no lift - we have to take 4 baggage at 3rd floor by staircase.
Big mess !!
