El hotel está en una zona muy exclusiva y es de bonito aspecto, el personal muy poco profesional para un hotel, para llegar a las habitaciones se debe desender por un pasillo tiene muchas gradas y absolutamente nadie ayuda con las maletas, el servicio a la habitación es poco eficiente

En la habitación que nos alojamos había un sonido permanente interno del hotel, esto fue molestoso a la hora del descanso.

La ubicación está muy bien

Cons:

Que el hotel es un sótano ,las habitaciones son para abajo no para arriba habitaciones oscuras y sin entrada de aire y subir a recepción desde ese sótano con maletas fue muy dificil porque no hay elevador

It's good and I would go again but it can have some improvements.
Pros:

The location of the mall is acceptable within walking distance.
Peaceful neighborhood.
Foods great.
Security and garage.

Cons:

Non flexible check in time.
Compared to last time visit low observation on cleanliness details.
Noise cancelation room is good but can improve.

Pros:

Las personas son muy amables y están al pendiente de todo. Es un lugar cercano a varios puntos para salir a conocer, es muy tranquilo en la noche.

Cons:

Quizás podría mejorar un poco la limpieza, si bien no estaba muy mal, si había un poco de polvo y el baño no estaba al 100% limpio
