Pros:

The area was okay-ish ,i choose it myself i cannot complain.
Did not had to interact with the staff throught the stay because my room was in another building.

Cons:

They made copy of my ID at reception after i did the check in online ,telling me they need it for the police in case of something.
The shower was horrendeous ,filthy ,with mold ,lyme and the shower head was barrely functioning i was scared for my health.The bathroom smelling like sewage and the bed hard as wood.
The cover ups really thin and questionable.

Doresc să îmi exprim nemulțumirea față de condițiile de cazare și față de faptul că am primit o cameră diferită de cea pe care o rezervasem.
În primul rând, camera primită nu a corespuns rezervării făcute, iar în cameră nu am avut nici măcar un frigider, un lucru important pentru confortul și nevoile noastre.
Mai mult decât atât, în cameră a fost frig, ceea ce a făcut șederea noastră și mai neplăcută. Eram însoțită de copilul meu, iar a doua zi dimineață trebuia să ajungem la spital. În aceste condiții, aveam nevoie de un spațiu călduros, curat și confortabil, în care să ne putem odihni corespunzător înaintea unei zile importante.
Consider că atunci când un client face o rezervare, are dreptul să beneficieze de condițiile prezentate și de serviciile pentru care a plătit. Nu este normal să ajungi într-un loc unde te aștepți să te odihnești, mai ales când ești cu un copil și ai o programare medicală dimineața, și să te confrunți cu asemenea neplăceri.
Experiența noastră a fost dezamăgitoare și mult sub așteptări. Nu este vorba doar despre lipsa unui frigider sau despre temperatura scăzută din cameră, ci despre lipsa confortului și despre faptul că rezervarea nu a fost respectată așa cum ar fi trebuit.
Sper ca acest feedback să fie luat în serios și să contribuie la îmbunătățirea condițiilor de cazare și a modului în care sunt tratați clienții. Atunci când alegem o unitate de cazare, ne bazăm pe informațiile oferite și avem așteptarea firească de a primi serviciile promise.

Pros:

The hotel was good, but the receptionist girl it didn't understand English. We had a big problem with the internet no connection,so we could not plan the next day's travel

Miran, prijatan i udoban hotel dobro povezan sa gradom.
Pros:

Odličan hotel za novac koji platite. Velike, čiste, skromno opremljene sobe. Obezbedjen parking. Prelepo mirno zeleno dvorište.

Cons:

Niko ne govori i ne razume engleski sem šefice. Divan momak u restoranu govori srpski. Sobarica ili nema ili su u štrajku. Ne pojavljuju se 🤣
