Все хорошо, мы заказали 4 номера и халаты были не во всех номерах

Cons:

Душевая ужасная , вода была по всей ванной комнате,халаты в пятнах, свежестью не пахли и полотенца тоже, особенно для ног- очень грязные и страшно было становиться, постельное белье-сплошная синтетика, всю ночь стреляло и электризовалось, в туалете по углам была грязь и волосы везде.

Good Stay in Tskaltubo with Room for Improvement
Pros:

Overall, this is a good hotel in Tskaltubo. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of toiletries provided, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was huge and offered a wide variety of food. There is also good parking available, which makes it convenient if you’re traveling by car.

Cons:

A bit more cleanliness would improve the overall experience. The room felt like it was missing some basic details expected from a hotel with higher standards — for example, a chair in the room and more hangers would have been useful. While the breakfast selection was very large, you have to be there exactly at the assigned time, which was not very flexible or comfortable. Our breakfast was scheduled at 10:00 a.m., so we had to visit the sanatoriums earlier in the morning to avoid wasting time.

Freundlicher Empfang mitten in der Nacht. Organisation von Flughafentransfer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist schön gelegen am Park.

Cons:

Kein Zimmersurvice. Die Zimmer wurden nicht aufgeräumt. Toilettenpapier auf Nachfrage nachgerüstet.

Nice central location. Big rooms.

Cons:

Rooms were minimalist in furnishings. No showers curtain or place to hang the towels. It was quite cold and no way to improve the heating. Breakfast starts only at 10:00!!! The booking.com states 8-10.
