před příjezdem nám psala recepční ze mame zaplatit polovinu ceny ubytování což na bookingu vůbec nebylo v podmínkách, načež jsem napsala ze nic platit nebudu a jen jsem potvrdila že prijedem, recepční odepsala ze jetsli neprijedem tak se ji cena našeho pobytu strhává z její mzdy což nechapu co to ma hotel za pravidla…, v posteli lezli mravenci, dvere do pokoje vubec netěsnily takže sel slyšet hluk z chodby i z venku, na pokoji nebyl fen a nemeli jej k dispozici ani na recepci, pod postelí byl prach a špína
