Unfortunately let down.
Pros:

I liked the idea of being able to come to my room the night of my stay and have it be as memorable as the last time my lady and I stayed there. In fact, however this time it was completely different.

Cons:

The fact that I had a reservation made through booking.com, and according to the receptionist, it was not there though I had confirmation numbers and emails with the exact address and location as the element downtown Colorado Springs.
After almost being turned away after 9 hours of driving, the receptionist told me she could get me a room after all, and then she could also see the booking.com reservation I had made, she then proceeded to tell me then I could stay that night and she would cancel the other reservation.
What ended up happening is, I paid double for one night.
The room was also right next to an elevator shaft with paper thin walls I could hear people using the restroom next to me, I also recorded in time stamp photos of the room where there was damage on the trim as well as scuffs on the refrigerator. I had to unplug the refrigerator due to a high frequency sound that would not stop.

Muss nicht nochmal sein
Pros:

Grosses helles Zimmer.

Great amenities and location
Pros:

Big room with kitchenette. Clean and modern.

Cons:

Cooked breakfast was a step above most free hotel breakfasts, but not the greatest chef: Burned eggs, soggy French toast.
