Cons:

One-star experience at four-star price. Sterile room, obvious that no emphasis was placed on a quality customer experience, from entrance, to greeting, to in-room experience. This is a perfect example of cutting every corner in expenses to be profitable. Dispassionate staff, cheap materials, cookie-cutter low-budget investment that takes the customer out of the equation.
