Pros:

Security men at the gate didn't guide new visitor. No board to show Reception. So, we had to look for Entrance.
No board to show Dining hall. Broken door stopper in bathroom.
Waste Bin with broken pedal in bath. Only one non veg item for buffet dinner

Total cleanliness & politeness of all other staff.
The direction boards you fixed on roadside is a good idea.

1.The food needs improvement.
2. Though they are located on the highway, transportation is not easily available unless you have your own car. They should tie up with auto drivers/cab drivers so that guests are facilitated
3. Staff needs to be mote attentive to guest needs and more smiles please on eye contact.
