La literie était agréable uniquement
Cet hôtel dans lequel j’ai séjourné manquait, selon moi, de charme et d’âme. La piscine était froide, ce qui ne donnait pas vraiment envie d’en profiter, et il n’était pas possible d’ouvrir les parasols sur la terrasse comme je l’aurais souhaité.
Le petit-déjeuner était pauvre car le choix restait assez limité. De plus, alors que nous étions encore en train de prendre notre petit-déjeuner, le personnel venait nous rappeler que la dernière commande devait être passée avant 9 h 30, ce qui donnait une impression de précipitation.
Concernant l’emplacement, je ne l’ai pas trouvé très pratique. L’hôtel est assez éloigné de plusieurs lieux d’intérêt, comme l’American Village ou le centre-ville de Naha (Kokusai Dori), ce qui implique des trajets relativement longs. À noter également que la chambre n’était entretenue que tous les deux jours et non quotidiennement.
Enfin, si vous prévoyez de visiter Junglia Okinawa en transports en commun, sachez que le trajet depuis l’hôtel est vraiment long et peu pratique

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what stood out most was the exceptional service from the staff.
When they saw that my father-in-law was using a walking stick, they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated after our journey. During breakfast, the staff were attentive and thoughtful, offering to help carry his food tray to our table so he could move around more comfortably.
We were also touched when one of the staff members personally came up to our floor to check if we needed the wheelchair they had prepared for us. These small but thoughtful gestures made a huge difference and showed how genuinely caring and attentive the team is.
Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality, and would gladly stay here again.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
The air conditioning in our room did not seem to work very well, and the room often became quite warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. The soundproofing could also be better, as we could frequently hear noise from outside the room.
We also noticed that the panel above the bed was quite dusty, and the air-conditioning vent/filter on the ceiling had visible dust buildup. We informed the staff and requested for it to be cleaned, but unfortunately no one followed up during our stay.
Addressing these issues would make the guest experience even better, especially since the service from the staff was otherwise excellent.
Our flights were cancelled due to the Typhoon and we had to stay at Okinawa for 2 extra nights. We made extra bookings for additional nights and the staff were very accommodating to ensure we can stay in the same room and floor during the Typhoon.
