Nothing. Unhelpful staff with almost no English. I get it is Vietnam... and I hate tourists who expect English at minimarts and local restaurants... but I have lived here for 2 years... if you work in hospitality/hotels... in the tourist centre of Danang, you need some English. Indians, Russians, everyone speaks English.
Made booking. They were full and told me hours after my booking was approved that they didnt have a room. Refused full refund. Refused booking another night.
Nice place in centre of Da Nang. Bed was very comfortable and room was good size with small desk area for me to do some work. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

Arrived at the hotel and we been refused 2 rooms. The staff was rude, barely speaking english, and not collaborative. We have been refused to write a complain on the hotel complaint book, as saying they don't have one. The manager refused to talk to us and resolving the issue.
Totally waste of time and money.
Great location, a little noisy but that was due to all the construction done in the area. Helpful staff got of a car to train station.

the room is clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient, walking distance to the beach and i really like the neighbourhood.
The owner is so friendly and nice. Love her positive vibes ☺️ She also helped us book our Ba Na Hills tour and let us rent motorbikes. She was also very responsive to our needs.
They just need to improve the Wi-Fi connection in the building.
Close to the beach and the best bars/restaurants in town ! Friendly and helpful staff.
