Cons:

This hotel is a fraud. They approved my late check-in (11:00 PM–12:00 AM), but when I arrived with my family, the reception was closed and no one answered my calls. I was stranded for 2–3 hours with my 4-year-old daughter and had to book another hotel at my own expense.

From August 1 to August 3, within just three days, three different guests had to spend the night on the road. The hotel approved their late check-in requests, but when they arrived, the reception was closed and no one answered their calls. This is clearly not a rare occurrence. It shows a recurring pattern, not an isolated incident.

Ho apprezzato la disponibilità dello staff e la posizione. Ho usato due camere: la prima aveva un bagno tremendo ed era calda nonostante l'aria condizionata, la seconda invece era più moderna. Erano entrambe silenziose e con aria condizionata.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il bagno della prima camera in cui ho alloggiato... ma per il prezzo che aveva, è stato accettabile

Pros:

Staff accogliente, posizione comoda vicino ai mezzi si trasporto, la stanza è molto grande, c'è l'aria condizionata, la via è privata e lontana dal traffico quindi molto silenziosa.

Cons:

La pulizia non era delle migliori, mancava una delle porte scorrevoli della doccia, mancavano i porta asciugamani quindi non si possono appoggiare da nessuna parte in bagno. Il letto non è matrimoniale ma ad una piazza e mezza

Alojamiento limpio y cómodo para una noche, aunque sin grandes lujos. Ubicación muy práctica para ir al aeropuerto de Milán-Linate.

Cons:

No es tan práctico si vas a estar muchos días por el centro de Milán.

Didn't meet expectations, I have reserved rooms with the same amount in Milan before but much better
Pros:

The location was good
They let us check-out after designated time and the process was super easy

Cons:

There were no slippers in the room or the toilet, no hand or shower soaps, no blanket to use, and the AC didn't have the remote.
