Hebben genoten van ons verblijf omdat we met grote groep waren en het plezier zelf gemaakt hebben
Pros:

Geboekte kamers 4 suites en presidentiele suite waren zeer groot, mooi en comfortabel. Chauffage marcheerde echt heel goed wat nodig was in de periode welke we geweest zijn. Personeel was zeer jong en deed hun best als je hen iets vroeg, spreken wel met moeite Engels ook aan de receptie daardoor ook niks van info ivm met ontbijt, zwembad enz gekregen bij inchecken.

Cons:

Voorzieningen in de kamer handdoeken, badjassen waren in de kamers voor 2 maar voor 1 persoon, hebben deze voor 3 kamers moeten bijvragen. In de presidentiele suite werd enkel slaapkamer en badkamer gepoetst en vuilbakken leeggemaakt naar de rest living en eetplaats werd niet gekeken. Bij afrekenen werd er gezegd dat er uit de minibar werd gedronken en dit was absoluut niet waar. Personeel allemaal jonge mensen met goede bedoelingen, maar er ontbreekt volgens mij ervaring en structuur. Zwembad, fitness is naast het hotel(privé) en een heel gedoe om het te betreden. Ontbijt is naar Westerse normen beetje pover maar wat er is is wel lekker, communicatie over de uren was nihil bij het inchecken met als resultaat dat weekdagen andere uren waren dan in het weekend en we te laat waren voor ontbijt. Eén keer savonds daar gegeten in restaurant was wel lekker, maar er was een feest aan de gang en kregen eerst de info van het personeel boven dat we niet konden eten, na overleg met de receptie hebben ze toch inspanning gedaan. Onze indruk, 5kamers en 11 personen, beetje chaotisch en te weinig structuur.

Хотелось бы оплачивать цену, которая была заявлена при бронировании.

Замечательный завтрак. Расположение отеля очень хорошее. Кондиционер в номере.

Cons:

Очень темный номер. Приходилось включать свет даже при ярком солнце за окном. Окно не открывалось. Вид из окна на соседнюю стену на расстоянии 2х метров и на техническую трубу. Был ранний заезд с доплатой - это приемлемо, но стоимость номера намного не соответствовала забронированной стоимости.

Лучше включите цену за спа сразу в стоимость номера и не заставлять гостей метаться между ресепшен с бумажками.
Pros:

Завтрак хороший, в номерах температура комфортная, туалетные наборы хорошие.

Cons:

Ощущение, что между персоналом гостиницы и спа напряженные отношения. Несколько раз гоняли между ресепшнами чтобы я смог приобрести сланцы и плавки. В гостинице выдают ваучер на посещение, который дает право только на скидку 50 процентов. При этом если тебе надо сходить обратно в номер, то твой ваучер обнуляется. И если хочешь попасть обратно снова плати( Чувствуется какое то не сильно доброжелательное отношение к людям, которые приходят из гостиницы. Останавливался на два дня и если в других отелях подобное входит в стоимость номера, то здесь был вынужден платить за каждое свое посещение. Отношение сотрудников ресепшен спа немного испортило настроение как будто приходил к ним в долг)

Friendly hotel waiting for refurbishment
Pros:

Great spa and fitness -but accessible only if you book a more expensive room. Food is nice. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good location.

Cons:

Windows are broken and can’t be completely shut. We discovered this in our room. They proposed two alternatives but they had same issue. This is not sustainable in one of the coldest capitals of the world. Seems they are postponing major refurbishment. Bathroom - equipment broken, hardly keeping together. TV signal really poor.
We ordered room service. It was fast and good is nice. However they should have covers on the plates.

Pros:

Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением. Номер большой, ванная комната с огромным окном. Хорошие завтраки, приветливый персонал. Чистое постельное белье, предоставляются все необходимые ванные принадлежности. Бассейн и спа очень понравились, но это за дополнительную плату. Об этом при бронировании не было указано.

Cons:

У нас был номер на 8 этаже, поэтому вечером нужно было долго сливать воду, чтобы пошла горячая. Но когда нам объяснили об этом нюансе, мы просто заранее включали кран.
