Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war eine Komposition (wie von Bach) - optisch und geschmacklich. Eine veritable Degustation. Das beste Frühstück auf unserer Japanreise.

Pros:

Keurig, beetje statig hotel. Prima, ruime kamer. De Onsen is heel aangenaam. Heel fijn dat er een Europees stopcontact op de kamer was. Verder nergens tegengekomen. Het Bach thema is grappig. Geen een dame zomaar orgel spelen achter de balie.

Cons:

Saaie buurt, saaie lobby. Na 10 uur niets meer te beleven. Lastig met Jetlag

Excellent location.
Cons:

Providing towels at the site of the Public Bath would be better than guests only having one towel for use in hotel room and at the Bath.

Great location, great value for money
Pros:

Very well located, very near Sendai main train/Shinkansen station, which makes it a great point to travel around Sendai. The hotel facilities are very nice, it has a small but quite lovely onsen on site and all the staff were always nice and attentive.

Cons:

While they do offer breakfast, it’s not buffet but a prearranged menu which need to be booked 1-2 days
beforehand, so it leaves no chance for a spontaneous breakfast on site.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel an Top Lage. Schöne Zimmer, feines Frühstück und gar Musikanten, die zum Frühstück und nachmittags klassische Lieder spielten.

Cons:

zwei Lifte sind für dieses Hotel zu wenig. Es gab viele Wartezeiten, was echt schade ist.

L'hôtel est à 5 minutes de la gare, c'est propre, calme et le personnel est très accueillant.

Cons:

Il y a seulement deux machines pour laver le linge pour tout l'hôtel (malheureusement l'une des deux était en panne durant notre séjour) ce qui rend difficile la corvée de linge.

ゆっくりできました。

Cons:

エレベーターに乗る時，混んでたのがキツいでした。
スタッフの声掛け誘導が有ればもっとゆったりな気持ちになります。

今のスタッフで混んでいる時に声掛けができるのではないでしょうか？
