Good base in Sendai with comfort in mind
Pros:

Location, comfortable room, super clean, friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast had to be booked in advance and was always fully booked. Staff were friendly but stuck rigidly to the play book. We couldn’t check in even 30 minutes before 3pm. They didn’t want to book taxis in case taxis didn’t turn up etc. But overall everyone was very friendly and kind.
