Pros:

Tivemos um pequeno problema no check-in relacionado à comunicação entre a operadora e o hotel quanto ao tipo de quarto reservado. No entanto, a equipe do hotel resolveu a situação de forma rápida e eficiente, o que fez toda a diferença.

O hotel é muito bom, com ótima estrutura, quartos confortáveis e um café da manhã bem servido e de qualidade. No geral, tivemos uma experiência muito positiva e nos sentimos bem atendidos.

Voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo.
