Stunning views great staff and really comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Great location with great staff and facilities.

Cons:

The top Carl park where the say nav takes you, is actually a public car park. But the hotels proper secure Carl is excellent it you enter it from the bottom road.

Excellent for family trips but also romantic for couples!
Pros:

We booked the hotel for one night while traveling to our home country. We were with our 2 and half years old.
We adored the view from the bedroom, the comfort of the room, the tiny swimming pool at the roof with the bar. Also very nice to walk next to the lake. It was also very important to us to have a secured parking as our car was full of our stuff.
On the way back we booked the same hotel, and we had a lovely "welcome" drink, and little cakes in the room!
Very nice! We will try to come back again :)

Pros:

The location is amazing and the view of the room is stunning... close the villages around that area .

Cons:

The access to the hotel needs fixing as you need to climb stairs so if you are carrying a heavy bag or more you will need help ...

Great view but over priced
Pros:

The reception and bar staff were friendly other than that the only great thing about this hotel is the location and beautiful view of the lake and mountains

Cons:

Over priced the staff barge in your room in the morning without knocking to clean the room, and was quite pushy about cleaning the room even though they could see we was all getting ready in the room at the time. The fridge stopped working in the middle of the night and a lot of heat was coming off it but I needed the fridge to keep the baby’s milk cold but there was no one there to fix it because it was late how ever it did start working again the next day. The air con also stopped working in my partners room the 2 night but started working again the next day. Yes I checked to make sure it wasn’t on a timer, it wasn’t. The pillows are very flat and uncomfortable. The pool looks a lot bigger in the pictures online than it does in real life it’s very very small
We paid 15 euros per person for breakfast although we didn’t eat it myself and my partner didn’t eat anything but was still charged for it after being told it would be taken off the bill. When we arrived at breakfast we was told it was self serve which is fine although we seen a breakfast menu the day before which had hot food so we thought that’s what we was paying for hot food. we sent the children up first and they came back with fruit my partner went up looked and walked out and went to McDonald’s there wasn’t any hot food other than toast.

If hell exists, it’s in this hotel. There’s no talk of any 4‑star rating here, it’s not even 3 stars. We checked in late at night, and the problems started right at the reception. When booking, we specified 3 adults and 2 children, but the hotel ignored this and said the rooms were for 3 people. We said we’d be fine with a sofa in the room for the child (we were warned that it doesn’t fold out) because “the hotel was full” and we had nowhere to go. Imagine our surprise when we entered the room with the bedding provided for the sofa, but there was no sofa at all! 👍 When we asked the receptionist what this was called, he just shrugged. The second room was even worse: it smelled of rot and mold, as if the room was in a basement, something was rattling, everything was dirty, and there were no cleaning supplies. The reusable water bottle in the room was filthy, it was impossible to drink from it. We were eventually moved to a different room after I insisted that it was physically impossible to sleep there, but the new room wasn’t much better than the previous one, it still smelled the same. Better than the past, but still. The hotel is dirty, old, and frankly, it’s disgusting to be there. Don’t even think about checking in here. We checked in for 2 days, but we could barely spend a night there and left right away, and we didn’t regret it. The icing on the cake was that when we were checking out, the administration simply ignored our complaints and didn’t offer to reimburse any part of the cost of our early departure.

La chambre spacieuse et tres propre .le solarium et le jaccuzi avec une vue magnifique

Manque de "chaleur"au niveau de l'accueil et pire le matin de notre départ on ne nous a même pas regardé ou adressé la parole....nous partions de bonne heure donc ne prenions pas de petit déj et on nous a refusé un café a l'accueil...déçue par ce manque de gentillesse par un comportement indélicat ..autre point .les petit déj sont bien mais trés chers..

Soggiorno piacevole sul lago di Lecco
Pros:

Siamo stati bene: la struttura offre tutte le facilities a disposizione, lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile e la camera era ampia e pulita. Abbiamo inoltre molto apprezzato l’upgrade della camera con vista sul giardino, un gesto davvero gradito.
Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo.

Cons:

Ci sono due aspetti che andrebbero migliorati.

Il primo riguarda le zanzare: la camera era invasa e, nonostante avessimo tenuto la porta-finestra chiusa, continuavano a esserci. Inoltre, la porta-finestra non era dotata di zanzariera, cosa che avrebbe sicuramente aiutato a evitare il problema.

Il secondo riguarda il costo per il cane. Al momento del check-out ci sono stati richiesti 20 €, ma questa informazione non ci era stata comunicata al check-in. Su Booking era indicata soltanto la dicitura “charges for pet may be applicable”, senza specificare l’importo né in quali casi e sulla base di quale criterio il costo venga applicato. Riteniamo quindi che sarebbe più corretto e trasparente comunicare chiaramente in anticipo eventuali costi aggiuntivi.

Cons:

Habitació antiquada, les fotos de la zona de la piscina amb la realitat estant molt sobre valorades.
Hi ha restaurant i ens vam quedar a sopar. Solament ens van oferir menú. Quan ja estàvem menjant, vam observar que a la resta de la gent els oferien carta. A nosaltres no ens van oferir l’opció de poder optar per escollir plats a la carta. No ens va agradar aquesta diferencia. Cal dir que hi deu haver un bon cuiner perquè els plats estaven molt bons.
