Pros:

Beautiful views, comfortable room and great location

Cons:

Lack of a proper bar in the evening to sit and enjoy. The space in the reception was just lacking ambience

Cons:

The paid parking was not necessary, as there was plenty of free parking available behind the property. Unfortunately, we were not aware of this, as Google Maps directed us to the front entrance where we had to pay for parking, despite our booking including free parking.

We arrived late at night and were very tired, so moving the car again was inconvenient. It was only after we inquired about the free parking included in our booking that we were informed about the rear parking area, which is actually more accessible and convenient than the front.

Exceptional position and views of lake Como
Pros:

Its position opposite Lecco and the parking just next to the reception is not something common in Italy

Cons:

It as not up to expectation when it comes to cleanliness there was a lot of fluff under the kids bed. Also an exceptional view from the restaurant but the menu allows for one dinner only as it is very limited.

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Fantastic location with stunning views of the lake. Well worth paying extra for a lake view room. The staff were really friendly and we were very comfortable.

Pros:

Belle chambre moderne et propre, avec un petit balcon. Parkings à disposition (un couvert payant et un "public" gratuit, juste à l'entrée de l'hotel. Très bon petit déjeuner au 6ème étage avec la vue imprenable sur le lac.

Cons:

Essayez d'éviter une chambre au niveau de la réception (nous étions à 105). Même tout au bout du couloir, nous avions tout le bruit de la réception jusqu'à 1h du matin !! Il vaut mieux un étage plus élévé - pour le calme et pour la vue, assez limitée depuis notre balcon. Dommage, sinon l'hôtel est très bien.
