Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, with a very good location. The overall service was excellent, and the staff provided a pleasant experience throughout our stay. The food was also very good, both in terms of quality and variety. Overall, the hotel itself made a very positive impression.

Cons:

Unfortunately, one evening there was a private gathering at the hotel which caused a significant amount of disturbance. From what I could tell, some of the guests appeared to be representatives or senior staff from the Romanian Automotive Register (RAR) and traffic control authorities.

The gathering became very noisy, with loud music continuing until around 2:00 a.m., and some of the participants appeared to have consumed a considerable amount of alcohol. Several other hotel guests were visibly unhappy with the situation as well.

While I understand that hotels host private events, I believe they should be managed in a way that does not significantly disturb other paying guests, especially late at night. Allowing such a level of noise until 2:00 a.m. showed a lack of consideration for those staying at the hotel and negatively affected an otherwise very pleasant experience.

Un hotel renovat , in general curat și cu materiale de calitate . Personalul ( in cea mai mare parte) foarte profi și amabil.

Cons:

Miros de mâncare în camerele situate spre sud unde era și o oaniloramam deasupra tuturor bucătăriilor. In prima seara cearșaful și câteva prosoape aveau pete. Ușa de acces nu se închide corect și se aude foarte bine zgomotul de pe hol. Un bărbat de la recepție a făcut nota discordanta și a fost destul de acru la chexk out. Părea iritat că am rezervat prim booking. Stațiune aceste din păcate din alt secol..

Pros:

Un fost hotel comunist, dar renovat frumos si curat. Excelent micul dejun cat si bucataria a la cart pe care am incercat-o la o cina, recomand. Raportul calitate/ pret f bun comparativ cu alte locatii.
De retinut, au la hotel un maseor exceptional, de mult nu am facut masaj atat de bun, e de neratat, la receptie aveti telefonul domnului si va putwti programa, este super serior si profesionist si tariful la ce ofera e super ok.

Cons:

Faptul ca personalul de curatenie in camera lasa de dorit, totusi discutam de 4* si scrie ca fac curatenie zilnic, eroare, nici cand le-am atentionat nu au facut

Pros:

Domnul Vali de la masaj un excelent profesionist! Recomand!
Mic dejun bun, variat, gustos. Curatenie in camera.

Cons:

Camera dubla este mica pentru doi adulti. Daca mai ai si un copil cu pat suplimentar deja nu te mai poti misca. La micul dejun nu sunt tacamuri suficiente , astfel incat astepti ceva timp pana se aduc altele, iar spatiul pentru servit masa este insuficient daca hotelul este foarte ocupat.

Totul a fost excelent!
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost excelent. Varietatea preparatelor, prospetimea, modul de prezentare, amabilitatea personalului - toate acestea ne-au făcut să ne simțim foarte bine în vacanța noastră.

Cred ca cel mai mult mi-a placut micul dejun, foarte variat, un al doilea lucru bun este piscina, care era foarte curata si destul de mare

Unul dintre cele mai mari inconveniente este lipsa unui loc de parcare, in sezon pur si simplu nu ai unde sa parchezi, ce ramene de facut este sa parchezi pe strada. Cand te cazezi la un hotel de 4 stele te astepti la alte conditii, dupa mine acesta merita 3 stele, nu dispune de room service, nu dispune de bar, paharele din camera de plastic, lipsa papuci, lipsa halate, lipsa seif, am stat 3 nopti si doamnele de la curatenie au intrat in camera o singura data sa ne schimbe prosoapele si sa ne faca curat....jalnic.
