The view from the fourth floor apartment is stunning. You're right behind the beach, you could walk and be in the sea in minutes. I enjoyed the variety of animals we saw strolling along the road by the shore.
At the end of September it's very peaceful as most businesses are closing for the season, or have already shut. (Some people would like that and some people wouldn't!)
I got the impression that even in high season there would still be plenty of free space on the beach.
It looks like there are some big hotel complexes being built so perhaps next year or in 2027 things will feel different in Borsh.
The only thing I missed was a wardrobe to hang up my clothes.
I wouldn't recommend the apartment for people with mobility issues as there's no lift.
Struttura situata in una posizione eccellente vicinissima al mare, ristoranti vicini dove abbiamo mangiato ottimo pesce. White hotel lo consiglio per chi deve soggiornare a Borsh le camere spaziose e pulitissime noi eravamo un gruppo di undici persone ci siamo trovati bene .... l'assistenza del proprietario Tony è stata fantastica in ogni esigenza.
Nulla da segnalare struttura al top.

Location near the best beach in Albania. Sea view. Well equipped apartment with a kitchenette. Reasonably priced.
Fresh and the pictures are accurate. Restauants close by. A bit bumpy (but not hilly) dirt road from the main road, but just take it slow and its no issues. Very nice balcony view
Even tho only a few apartment's were rented the parking space were full so don't expect to fit in the private parking. The host is however very helpful trying to sort the parking out. As other reviews, a bit of a hill just to be aware, but not far. Noicy refrigerator. No shower curtains and almost over the toilet so it will be wet but not a big issue.
Every thing on a right place ,,,like paradice ,balconi sea view ,exlent food on restorants ,Toni is very helpful you ask and every thing is going to be done

When I paid for the room the host said that the ATM machine did not work and I have to try again and I made the payment again. Back at home I realized the prize was double booked from my bank account and the manager of the hotel said that the hotel received the money only once. There was no suggestion for a solution how I get compensated the double payment and they left me alone with this problem. They said the do not want to spend time on this issue. So no understanding that I paid double and absolutely no client friendly and no support from Booking.com. So if you do not want to pay double not recommendable.

That view was just incredible magical. We stayed in the top floor apartment and we had a huge comfortable space for us. Tony and his family are super nice and even played with our little newborn Hugo. It was already off season - October, so almost no people - just what we really needed. 100 m from the beach and great restaurant with little market. We felt really private, safe and super relaxed. Thanks a lot!!!
Beautiful apartment at the top of the house (4th floor) with large balcony. No elevator. Tony was very kind and collected/returned us to the bus stop, helped us buy fish brought in from Himare. Its 2 mins walk to the sea for a swim. Small shops also two mins walk. Beach was good but really quiet. We could hear the sea from our bedroom. Mosquito nets on all windows this is a super bonus.
We arrived late mid-late September and Borsh was beginning to close down so not a lot of restaurants/bars/sunbeds open. But the main hotel had all the facilities we required. Maybe visit there more in season.
We had perfect apartment with wonderful see view.Host was very dedicated, With Toni we speaked in English. J recommend this hotel for other People Who want peace.
this is a well managed, family run guest house, very clean, large rooms with kitchen, good housekeeping, and a manager, who helps anytime to a what's app message from guests.
Location is excellent, 200M from beach, glorious sunset views from sea facing balconies.
Excellent value, and quiet in September
in September, end of season, there was limited options for dining in immediate neighborhood.
