Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Kusuma. The location is great, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was done every day and everything was kept clean. The swimming pool is large, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is à la carte with several menu options. The staff were exceptional always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, tucked away down a side road but only a two minute walk away from bars, shops etc

Pros:

Quiet space but very close to Seminyak's great shops - great location
Staff were polite and courteous - we only stayed on night.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were given the top floor and with no elevator we had to lug our bags up two flights of stairs ourselves.
