Yüksek fiyatına rağmen hizmet kalitesi ve misafir deneyimi beklentilerimizin çok altında kaldı.

Yüzme havuzu olması dışında hiç bir özelliği olmayan bir otel.

Cons:

Otelde dördüncü kez konaklıyoruz. Ne yazık ki her konaklamamızda hizmet kalitesinin biraz daha geriye gittiğini düşünüyoruz.

Rezervasyonumuzu yaparken ikinci odada çocuklarımızın kalacağını belirterek odaların birbirine yakın, mümkünse yan yana olmasını ve ikinci odanın iki ayrı tek kişilik yatak şeklinde hazırlanmasını özellikle rica ettik. Ancak bu taleplerimizin hiçbiri karşılanmamıştı.

Konakladığımız odada klima yeterince soğutmuyordu. Böyle bir otelde bu tür temel konfor eksikliklerinin yaşanması kabul edilebilir değil.

Otel, kahvaltı ve havuz alanlarını dışarıdan gelen misafirlere de açıyor. Bu durum özellikle yoğun saatlerde otel misafirlerinin konforunu olumsuz etkiliyor. Gürültülü ve rahatsız edici davranışlar nedeniyle ailece huzurlu vakit geçirmek zorlaşıyor. Ayrıca kahvaltıdaki ürünler, otelin talep ettiği ücret ve sahip olduğu 5 yıldız standardıyla kesinlikle örtüşmüyor. Çeşitlilik oldukça sınırlı, ürünlerin kalitesi ise vasat seviyede.

Otopark ise başlı başına bir sorun. Starbucks’a ve otelin yanındaki restorana gelen müşterilerin araçları nedeniyle otel misafirleri park yeri bulmakta ciddi sıkıntı yaşıyor. Araç park edecek yer bulabilirseniz kendinizi şanslı sayabilirsiniz.

Bunun yanında otelin kendisine ait bir restoranı ve oda servisi bulunmuyor. Uzun bir yolculuğun ardından yorgun ve aç bir şekilde otele geldiğinizde dışarı çıkmak istemeyebilirsiniz. Beş yıldızlı bir otelde restoran ve oda servisinin bulunmaması önemli bir eksiklik.

Son olarak, giriş işlemlerimizi gerçekleştiren resepsiyon görevlisinin yaklaşımı maalesef profesyonellikten uzaktı. Misafir memnuniyetini önceleyen, çözüm odaklı ve güler yüzlü bir hizmet anlayışı göremedik. Beş yıldızlı bir otelin ilk izlenimini oluşturan resepsiyon ekibinden çok daha profesyonel bir yaklaşım beklerdik.

Personal amabil,camera curata si mare,spațioasă.Micul dejun bogat și gustos,nu foarte diversificat dar găseai ce să mănânci.Hotelul este situat lângă un Outlet însă destul de departe de restul orașului.

Everything the parking was decent, beds super comfortable, the sauna very good, the Indoor pool was clean and at a great temperature, the bathroom superb, but disappointed that a double bed meant 2 big singles pushed together made cuddles with the wife were not too comfortable but as mattresses they were excellent. The staff are attentive, breakfast without a doubt one of the best and freshest you can have in Edirne with lots of choice on offer

Cons:

The cleaning the make up my room request on the door just meant a woman came in and threw a new sheet in your bed nothing else no cleaning nothing which was not that great for 3 days there, literally she spent about 5 minutes in the room and came back later to give us 2 bottles of water, the toilet door didn't lock and the TV is from 1996, WiFi was spotty but acceptable,
