A személyzet kiemelkedően jó. Engin fogadott minket késő este, nagyon kedves volt, humoros, nagyon szerethető ember, mindenképp 10 pontot érdemel. Találkoztunk a többiekkel is, Okannal és egy hölggyel. Ők mind hibátlanok, nagyon elégedettek vagyunk velük.

Обслуживающий персонал отеля - очень классные ребята готовы всегда прийти на помощь. Завтраки вкусные, расположение удобное. Рекомендую!

This small boutique hotel is a hidden gem with exceptional personal service that made our stay truly memorable.

The rooms were very clean and well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, mugs, and a stocked tea and coffee station. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything we needed. The toilets were clean, and housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. A lovely touch was the complimentary tea and coffee station in the reception area which was perfect for a quick refreshment any time of day.

The breakfast area was clean and welcoming, offering a decent selection of warm and cold options. There could be a bit more variety, and when we mentioned this to the staff, they genuinely took our feedback on board.

The staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful. A special mention goes to Suzanne and Okan who went above and beyond for us. Everyone from the cleaning to cooking staff made us feel welcome. They spoke some English, which made communication easy, and they always did their best to accommodate our requests. For a small hotel, the personal service was outstanding.

We were initially unsure about the location, but it turned out to be the perfect place to stay. The hotel is located on a hill. Just up the road is Beyazit Mosque and the university complex. The tram station is only a five-minute walk away with very frequent service, making it convenient to get around the city.
The Sultanahmet area is about a 20-25 minute walk. We found ourselves in a vibrant neighbourhood full of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Thank you so much for a memorable stay at the Serai Hotel. We would definitely stay again. 10/10!

Ottima posizione vicino a Moschea blu e Santa Sofia; c'è la fermata del tram di fronte per spostamenti più lunghi e si trovano facilmente anche i taxi lì in zona.

Staff in accoglienza super cordiale, c'è la possibilità di bere un tè caldo gratuito nella hall dell'hotel e talvolta è anche possibile mangiare una fetta di torta fatta in casa!

Un ringraziamento in particolare a Okan della reception che è stato super gentile e preciso

Hotel zrobił na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Obsługa była niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta – od momentu zameldowania aż po wyjazd czułem się naprawdę dobrze zaopiekowany.

Śniadania były smaczne i różnorodne – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, a produkty były świeże i dobrej jakości. To zdecydowanie duży plus

The location was perfect. Staff were very friendly; especially Suzan who assisted me to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was small, but the food was fresh.
