Un ottimo hotel, in zona centrale per poter raggiungere diverse zone di Istanbul. Il personale è stato molto accogliente, pronto a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza, in particolare Okam e Susana. Stanze molto pulite e confortevoli.

Also die Lage war extrem gut zum Zimmer kann man sagen es ist nicht groß aber hat alles was man benötigt zudem ist das Bett auch sehr bequem gewesen jedoch am allerbesten hat mir der Empfang im Hotel Gefallen. Empfangen wurden wir von Okan und im weiteren Verlauf haben wir Engin kennengelernt die beiden haben uns wirklich sehr gut behandelt und waren immer zur Stelle bei jedem Anliegen, Problem oder ähnlichem ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde aufjedenfall bei meinem nächsten Besuch das Serai Hotel nochmal buchen! An den Betreiber des Hotels kann ich nur weitergeben das er super Personal vor Ort hat und sich mit dem beiden Jungs wirklich mehr als glücklich schätzen kann.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was excellent, with great accessibility and very convenient access to public transportation.

Мы останавливались здесь неделю, все кто тут работают вежливые, готовы всегда помочь, показать, завтраки вкусные. Спасибо Сюзанна, Екин, Окан🙌🏻Расположение хорошее, потому что рядом за гранд базаром есть небольшой базар где в основном местные закупаются по мелочам, что является плюсом. В целом, цена хорошая, учитывая расположение

Розташування дуже зручне, поруч зупинка трамвая, до центру можна дійти пішки. Привітний персонал.

Friendly and so helpful staff in the reception from the time we arrived they helped us, Suzanne was so nice and always with a smile and willing to help.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de los monumentos importantes. A 100 metros hay una línea de tranvía. El personal de limpieza fue muy amable. Los recepcionistas muy profesionales y serviciales. Lo mejor de la habitación fue la cama. Muy cómoda. El desayuno bien aunque repetitivo. El café regular y hubiera venido bien un tostador para el pan porque estaba demasiado blando y no se podía masticar bien.

I had a wonderful stay at Sedai Hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of fresh and delicious options. The overall service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the entire team.

The hotel was excellent. We stayed for only one night during a layover and chose it based on our travel agency’s recommendation. We were very pleased with the comfort of the hotel and the kindness of the staff. If we visit Istanbul for a longer vacation in the future, we would definitely love to stay here again.

Osoblje je najbolji dio hotela, svi su jako ljubazni. Meni najdrazi je gospodin Okan koji je spreman u bilo koje vrijeme pomoci i skuhati caj ili kavu. Lokacija je odlicna, sve je blizu. Sobe su manje od ocekivanog, osim kreveta i jednog ormara nema nista drugo ali nama nije bio problem jer smo u sobi samo spavali. Ukoliko vam mala soba ne smeta, toplo preporucam. Dorucak je solidan za cijenu nocenja.

One gesture that we especially appreciated was that they upgraded our room to a larger and more comfortable one so that our family could enjoy a more pleasant stay.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpfull. You feel very welcome. The hotel is wel located in a semi-quiet street. Short walking distance to public transportation and easy to walk to main sightt like Palace, Blue mosque etc.
