It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptional, especially Mrs. Susan at the reception is a sweet woman and helps you whenever you need it. The only downside is that there were repairs being made in the area and it was noisy at night, but even so, if I were to come again, I would stay here again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Serai Hotel.

L’emplacement est sans aucun doute l’un des grands points forts de cet hôtel : il est idéalement situé, juste à côté du tram, du Grand Bazar, de Sultanahmet et de nombreux sites incontournables d’Istanbul. Tout est à proximité, ce qui permet de découvrir la ville très facilement, même à pied.

Le rapport qualité-prix est difficile à battre, avec des tarifs très intéressants pour un emplacement aussi central. Nous remercions toute l’équipe, qui est très accueillante, souriante et toujours disponible pour aider afin de rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel aux voyageurs qui souhaitent séjourner au cœur d’Istanbul et profiter pleinement de leur visite.

Petite suggestion d’amélioration concernant le petit-déjeuner : il serait encore plus apprécié avec quelques ajouts comme du pain turc (simit), du yaourt turc et davantage de choix de fruits.

Personnel accueillant et gentil chambre propre

A wonderful hotel, everything was perfect! The location of the hotel is also great, with plenty of places to eat and even small grocery stores nearby. After long walks around the city, it was a pure pleasure to return to our room. It was always clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; all our requests were fulfilled instantly. Special thanks to Suzanna for her amazing hospitality and care!! The breakfasts were very good and tasty, and having fresh watermelon was a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort and great service.

We stayed for 3 nights and hotel location is very nice. Just walking distance to the Grand Bazar. Stuff’s very friendly. Especially Susana ! She’s awesome and willing to assist us . I’m satisfied with service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had air conditioning, which was great, and the location was excellent. The breakfast is not the best.

Very close to the Grand Bazaar.

Nada malo que decir sobre la estancia. La habitación pequeña pero acogedora, el desayuno en la séptima planta con vistas al Mar de Marmara, ubicación céntrica y sobretodo, muy buen trato del personal. En especial, Okan y Susan que han sido muy amables y atentos con nosotras a lo largo de nuestra estancia. 100% recomendado!

Am stat 4 nopți la Serai Hotel și am avut o experiență plăcută. Vrem să îi mulțumim în mod special lui Okan, recepționerul hotelului.

A fost mereu foarte amabil, zâmbitor și disponibil să ne ajute cu orice am avut nevoie. Ne-a oferit informații utile, ne-a răspuns la toate întrebările și ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți pe toată durata șederii. Okan este un angajat dedicat și profesionist, iar astfel de oameni merită apreciați și recompensați pentru munca pe care o fac.

Per total, am avut o ședere frumoasă și îi mulțumim încă o dată lui Okan pentru profesionalismul și amabilitatea de care a dat dovadă.

Останавливались в данном отеле на 5 дней. Очень уютный, чистый номер, есть всё необходимое. Уборку делают каждый день. Завтраки вкусные. Основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. В пяти минутах трамвайная линия Т1.
Хочется выразить благодарность сотрудникам ресепшена Сюзанне и Энгину за качественную работу, вежливость и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Однозначно советую.
