Pros:

Handling staff and the Manager very courtesies,
The room is excellent The location is fine
Overall okay for a short stay..

Cons:

The Lift was very dirty I was very scared to use the lift and it might cause health issues during your stay. It had a very dirty smell and it was not maintained well.
They have to concentrate on cleanliness everywhere. Especially the elevator..

Great place, but few improvements required
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, staff were very polite and cooperative. The location is exceptional, accessible to all locations via walk and auto. Value for money

Cons:

Toiletries were not much provided. Only one bathing soap was given for a family of 3 people. Also the bathroom was not that clean, window glass panes were not in place. Only one plug point available near bed for 3 people.
