Pros:

La verdad que me sorprendió bastante el hotel, era muy bonito, todo muy limpio, la habitación y la cama muy cómodas. Está prácticamente en el centro y hay aparcamiento de sobra por la zona.
Cuando vuelva a Vitoria, volveré a este hotel.

Que cuando les pregunté si tenían parking para clientes y me contestaron que si y me indicaron dónde se encontraba,me tendrían que haber informado previamente que tenía recargo extra y que no era un servicio incluido en el precio del alojamiento y fueron 10.50€ a mayores

Quiero dar las gracias por una estancia maravillosa en Vitoria-Gasteiz. El hotel estaba muy limpio, la cama era muy cómoda y pude descansar perfectamente. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Además, comí muy bien en el restaurante: la comida estaba deliciosa. Es un lugar agradable y tranquilo, ideal para relajarse.
