A very bad experience, and I do not recommend this hotel at all.
The hotel is not suitable for accommodation. There is severe humidity and an unpleasant smell in the rooms.
There are malfunctions in the fire alarm system and the elevators, which is dangerous and unacceptable.
The staff is insufficient, and the service is extremely poor with no attention to guests.

This place does not deserve to be called a hotel and is not worth more than 50 SAR per day,
yet they charged 450 SAR per night for a very poor service and a disappointing experience.

The facilities were not well maintained and did not meet expectations.

The wellness spa was a pleasant surprise, although I only discovered it on my last night.

Cons:

On the first night, I noticed hair on the bed, which raised concerns about whether the sheets had been properly changed. I specifically chose this hotel for the gym and pool, but both were out of order during my stay. The breakfast was below average and worse than what I’ve experienced at other 2–3 star hotels. Only one bath towel was provided. The air conditioner did not have a heating option, which made the cold nights uncomfortable. An iron was provided on request, but there was no ironing board available.

موظفوا الاستقبال بالفتره الصباحيه المسائيه كانوا سيئين التعامل للغايه وغير متعاونين بستثناء الموظف اللي قابلته. باليوم الاخير.. اتصلت عليهم لأخبرهم بأن الثلاجه لا تعمل ولم يعوروني اهتمام ولم يردوا علي ..
