Oceniam stosunek osoby zarządzającej obiektem do klienta (nie sam obiekt) i z przykrością stwierdzam, że po raz pierwszy spotkałam się z tak aroganckim zachowaniem ze strony gospodarza. Wprowadzanie w błąd co do terminów kiedy obiekt jest czynny, sugerowanie że rezerwacja poza Booking byłaby tańsza i nie udzielenie odpowiedzi w terminie po przesłaniu prośby za pomocą Booking. Pani z którą rozmawiałam była bardzo nieuprzejma, wręcz agresywna i ostentacyjne rozłączyła się gdy próbowałam uzyskać informację na temat tego, czy prośba o zmianę terminu (za dopłatą) jest możliwa. Rozumiem, że oferta opłacona z góry nie wymaga już od Pani ani grama zaangażowania i kultury osobistej w stosunku do klienta...
