Hotel war vom Preis- Leistungsverhältnis angemessen.
Pros:

Hotel sauber. Lage nahe am deutschen Eck. Personal freundlich.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal.
Das Frühstück war OK.
Parkhaus war nicht weit weg.

Cons:

Zimmer zu klein unter dem Dach. Aussicht aus dem Fenster nicht gut. Zimmer wäre als Einzelzimmer besser geeignet. Fernseher steht leider auf dem Nachttisch.

Für 1 bis 2 Nächte rein zur Übernachtung OK, länger aber nicht.
Pros:

Zentrales Stadthotel, gut mit PKW und ÖPNV zu erreichen, kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt.
Das Hotel bietet vergünstigte Parkplätze in einer Tiefgarage in der Nähe an. Als Übernachtung für 1-2 Nächte durchaus OK, länger jedoch nicht.
Das Frühstück war ganz ok, für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Wir verreisen viel und machen viele Städtetouren, so sind wir schon in einigen Hotels in Europa und Deutschland gewesen.
Unser Zimmer im Trierer Hof war mit Abstand das kleinste Zimmer in dem wir je übernachtet hatten. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und mein erster Eindruck war "Umgenutzte Wäschekammer". Dafür war der Übernachtungspreis deutlich zu hoch.

Prima hotel voor een goede prijs.
Pros:

De locatie is vlak naast de binnenstad met een parkeergarage om de hoek. Verzorgd ontbijt.

Travel with Pets avoid it. expecting a parking watch out, otherwise highly recommended
Pros:

Hotel give us an upgrade, we got an apartment with a 2 rooms and a big bathroom, something that we appreciated. Location is great, that is a really plus.

Cons:

We need to pay an additional 20 Euros for the dog, you are not informed about this additional until you finish your booking, not a nice surprise. But is even worst when they later tell you, you can't enter the breakfast room with the dog, no alternative room was provided (we do have breakfast included). Parking is not included even when you chose a hotel WITH parking, they provided you with a parking place at an extra on a near place (thanks I can find for my self!).

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr nah an der Altstadt,alles Fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Schloss gegenüber. Personal sehr freundlich, Chip für Zugang nach 22:00 war sehr praktisch. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Straße ist teilweise sehr laut, auch nachts aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man fast nichts mehr. Sommerabende bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem da Klima im Zimmer vorhanden.
Badezimmer ist etwas eng aber sauber.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich jnd zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer direkt zur Straße raus jnd von daher sehr laut. Für 2 Nächte war die Größe des Zimmers ausreichend. Auch wurde unser Zimmer am 2. Tag nicht gereinigt und wir mussten selbst nach WC-Papier suchen.
