Ridiculously bad in many ways

Reception reached out about transfer in advance, and recommended a good and inexpensive transfer guy (although they gave him the wrong direction, but he made it work anyway).

I stayed for a night after checking out my boat at the marina, Yacht Classic was full so I took this as the next closest hotel. I wish I had not! The only way to get your bags inside is to carry them down a long staircase (maybe 30 steps?). Staff speaks broken English. Interiors are old and tired. Shower head fixed on the wall. Cheap mattresses. AC turns off when you leave the room. Staff accused me of having too many people sleeping in the rooms, threatened with police and requested to inspect the rooms at 23:45 (they saw my parents come in for 15 mins to say bye to the kids). Key cards stopped working before check out time. Cannot recommend!

Perfect location if you are doing a Gulet Cruise. far out office directing across the road.
Hint a bit of an incline up the hill to get there with luggage from the Ferry Terminals and dock area..there is a back entrance to hotel. Go along roadway towards Ece Satay. It is a lower road and no hill. As there are about 30 off stairs down to reception
However staff did help carry luggage down for us so all was good.

The staff have been consistently rude and the management is ineffective. They have been asked to pay additional charges in the middle of the night and attempted to increase the amount when I offered to pay in pounds instead of Turkish lira. The reception staff appear to be very unhappy. If you go there, find Ismail who is the only polite and helpful person doing the job properly.

Disappointing hotel. Hotel needs to put its socks up and train its staff.

Great location on the marina.

Cons:

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. They asked for €15 for added breakfast, instead of €8 as advertised by booking.com. They could not provide an iron or instant coffee in the room. The a/c was not working in a couple of rooms of my group. The fridge was not working in one room. The breakfast turned out to be very mediocre.

Location was the only positive thing about the hotel

Cons:

Very basic, bathrooms in need of renovation. Breakfast very, very basic and not great quality. When we asked for late check out we were quoted 100 euro for 3h (although booking.com info says it’s 30 euro) paid cash only and when we wanted to use pool for the kids after check out, we were asked to pay 80 euro - again, cash only paid to receptionist.

Pas terrible pour le prix!

L’emplacement

Cons:

Les lits très durs, la chambre sur la route à l’arrière de l’hôtel, impossible de dormir avec le passage des voitures même avec des boules quiès!
Le petit dej n’est pas aux goûts européens.
Pour 194 euros la nuit on attend beaucoup mieux en Turquie.
