Ils ne me reverront plus
Pros:

La dame qui était là pour les petits déjeuners pas aimable pas souriante et ne faisait pas le réassort du petit déjeuner pourtant à volonté il a fallu lui demander à chaque fois de remettre des minis croissants d'ailleurs au prix du petit déjeuner franchement pas de vraies viennoiseries diverses, 2 fois plus de jus d'orange enfin bref je ne reviendrai certainement pas ! Très mauvaise expérience !

Cons:

Tout sauf la gentillesse de la femme de ménage et de la dame qui m'a accueilli à mon arrivée

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, das Bettlaken hatte flecken und Haare drauf - also definitiv nicht frisch bezogen
den Kaffee gab es zum Frühstück in Pappbechern, die Brötchen waren alt, das Angebot bescheiden...

Je cônaissais et ai deja souvent reserve la...donc suis satisfaite particulierement parce qu' a l' accueil ils ont reussi a me donner une chambre qui correspondait a mes criteres

Cons:

L' accueil au resto du Campanile assez meprisant et peu sympathique quand j' ai signale emporter le reste de vin dans ma chambre alors que les,annees precedentes ca n’avait cause aucun probleme
