Arrivant dans la nuit à mumbai j'avais réservé cet hôtel pour sa proximité de l'aeroport mais surtout poue sa navette gratuite car je connais pas mumbai. Or au lieu de venir m'attendre a l'intérieur j'ai dû perdre une heure à chercher le chauffeur en empruntant des téléphones aux agents de sécurité car monsieur ne voulait pas payer le parking.
Arrivé à l'hôtel les employés sont antipathiques et peu serviables. Pour le sourire on repassera.
La chambre est minuscule, sans fenêtre. Tout est sale et usagé : les meubles, la salle de bains, la climatisation.
La tv ne fonctionnait pas.
Pendant la nuit je me suis fait piquer par des punaises et j'ai eu plein de boutons.
Le bruit est permanent entre le staff qui hurle et les clients des chambres qui claquent les portes toutes les 30 secondes et vociférent entre eux et dans leurs portables à une ou deux heures du matin.
Le quartier environnant est sans intérêt et sale.
Je l'ai signalé à la réception qui n'a rien fait.
Payer 20€ la nuit pour un taudis pareil est une honte. Que Booking référence ce trou à rats avec trois étoiles est aussi une honte.
The proximity to the airport was good & the fact they offered a free shuttle to the airport was very unexpected but good! The staff were all very nice & helped with bags on arrival.
The bathroom window had a gap in even when closed, the bedding had marks on & the room was very worn.
Location is next to airport which is convenient for travelers. Staff was quite friendly and helpful.
