המלון ממוקם בקאנדלה (5 דקות/10 דקות מלונאבלה) במיקום דיי שקט. החדר היה נוח, המיטה נוחה, מזגן מעולה ומים חמים. נוף מרפסת ממש יפה (אם אתם לצד של ההרים) , שירות חדרים, האוכל במסעדה ממש ממש טעים!!!!! יש ליד גם חנות עוגות וקינוחים, וחנות משקאות חריפים
והכי טוב היה השירות של כל צוות המלון! מהחדרניות, לאנשי הקבלה ולצוות המסעדה! נהנינו מאוד מאוד ונחזור שוב אם נהיה באזור
המים החמים לפעמים נגמרים מהר במקלחת,

The food was good and the lady taking food orders was very cordial and understood the vegan requirements of my wife and ensured we got tasty food
The rooms on the first floor require an upgrade and the washrooms are too small
Rooms were comfortable, staff is professional and location is also good. Room service ordered food is delicious. Breakfast was oily and typical Maharashtrian spread. Please serve eggs for breakfast.
The breakfast was served at the terrace. The food was taken to the terrace in the lift, which was kept on the lift floor and not even covered. That looked very unhygienic. I didn't like the breakfast as it was too oily.
The hospitality of the staff was superb , Uday and Prasad whom we met at the restaurant during breakfast were so cordial and they speak very high about the hotel property and were talking with pride .
Balcony needs be kept more clean , the wine shop at the entrance makes family hesitate to stay at the hotel .

I recently stayed at Elite hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is conveniently located near khanadal point, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a beautiful view from my room.
The service was outstanding—staff were friendly and always ready to help, ensuring that all my needs were met. I particularly appreciated hotel owner to come up and have few words. The on-site dining was excellent, with a wide range of delicious meals to choose from, especially the breakfast buffet.
Overall, hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Matheran, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
