The only reason to give them a rating was because of the look of the property.
1. The property was not able to accommodate early check- in which was told post paying our booking amount.
2. There were dead frogs caracas and bird feathers in the drive way which never got cleaned even after telling the staff.
3. As we were supposed to arrive early it was told that we could keep our luggage at the office area and would be provided a cab to visit a few places. But when we arrived we were asked to go check in some other lodge till the check out was done by the previous occupants.
4. Every meal would cost 300 Rs but after having one meal we found that the food was under cooked and Non-Veg option was limited to one gravy.
5. No running hot water as the Gyeser kept malfunctioning. There were no alternatives arranged and we had to work with slight warm water in a highly cold place.
6. The cabin was infested with mosquitoes and no options to get rid of them even when requested.
7. The pool is a joke don't know when it was last cleaned as there were fungi growing in the bottom.
8. The bathroom also had broken buckets and mugs which was great considering the messed up geyser situation.
9. They didn't know how and were to set up a campfire as once they did manage to get the fire up it all came closing because it was kept in the open and it started raining.
10. They had already made adjustments with the cab who was supposed to take us for sight seeing and charged an exorbitant 8k for 3 days + extra for the 4×4 rides to the waterfalls.
11. No food options to choose from as they only serve food during certain times of the day and only in a buffet system. When asked if we could get any option for food on a à la carte they simply told us to order from Swiggy or Zomato.
12. Wi-fi never really worked unless you are in any particular area of the homestay with less bandwidth.
13. The refrigerator was always leaking water and was of no use to keep anything.
14. The insulation of the room was poor and no additional quilts were provided.

The location was easy to find, though within the town limits. The lawns and pool area is maintained well. Staff were attentive. Breakfast was adequate, though only one item provided on day 1 (Sunday).
The room and other facilities!!
The Deluxe double room was very congested, not good enough for 3 pple. The room description provided on the Booking.com site was not very clear as it showed multiple beds in the room. However there was only one double in the room and the Manager told me that they would provide an extra bed (cot), but there was hardly any space to put the extra bed.
The cot provided was not comfortable at all as it would bend at the centre.
The bath towels provided were not clean. No hand towels provided.

Towels could have been much better. They were supposed be white. Breakfast had limited options and didn't have a kettle in the room to make hot water
