Posizione fantastica, pulizia da rivedere
Pros:

L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto centrale, è grande ed è comodissimo per poter tornare a casa piu volte durante il giorno. È situato in una stradina e non ci sono molti rumori. Si riposa molto bene. Il letto e i cuscini sono molto comodi.

Cons:

La pulizia dell'appartamento è completamente da rivedere. Abbiamo un bambino di 19 mesi e ci è capitato che alcuni giochini sia finiti sotto il divano e sotto il letto e c'era davvero tantissima polvere. Il cambio degli asciugamani è delle lenzuola è stato eseguito ( almeno per noi che siamo stati una settimana) pero ci vorrebbe una attenzione maggiore per la pulizia del pavimento e dei mobili.
Alcuni avevano già scritto in altre recensioni che le luci automatiche del bagno sono molto forti, confermo questa cosa, sarebbe gradito che fossero piu soft sopratutto per quando si accede al bagno di notte.

Siamo arrivati e l appartamento era sporchissimo. Abbiamo chiesto extra pulizie e si è presentata una ragazza che ha preso uno swiffer e l ha passato in uno dei punti in cui avevamo segnalato sporcizia poi ha chiesto se era ok?!! Niente aspirapolvere e niente prodotti per pulire il pavimento. Struttura sporca, asciugamani sporchi con macchie, peli nella doccia. Abbiamo chiesto di parlare con qualche manager per cambiare struttura ma non ci è stato concesso, hanno rimandato dicendo che non c era nessuno, siamo dovuti restare ma solo perché ormai era tutto pieno essendo capodanno. Peccato perché l appartamento sarebbe anche carino

Harika bir deneyim oldu. Eski şehrin kalbinde bir çok yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tesisle iletişim sorunsuzdu. Temizlik iyiydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

Kahve makinesi var ama keşke bir kaç günlük de olsa kapsül ikram olsa iyi olurdu.

Pros:

La posizione in centro ottimale, appartamenti spaziosi (affittato I e IV piano), si potrebbe fare tutto online visto che con codici e chiavi in locker non serve andare di persona in reception. Reception peraltro disponibile e gentile

Cons:

Per un 9 di Booking mi aspettavo di meglio....La pulizia in generale è sufficiente, ma alcuni dettagli (non infierisco) dicono forse nel 2023, ora lo si vede un pò "usato" e specie nel bagno dell'APT IV ci sono dei problemi (vedi foto).
Altro problema non risolto dalla Reception è che aprendo l'acqua fredda del lavandino, usciva misteriosamente BOLLENTE, prima di capire che c'era un problema di tubature e che si doveva aspettare almeno 10 secondi, prima di avere l'acqua a temperature ambiente...se avete un bambino, meglio accompagnarlo nel bagno altrimenti si ustiona.

Nos encantó alojarnos aquí. La casa no solo es bonita, sino que está muy bien cuidada y limpia. Al estar tan céntrica, pudimos ir caminando a todas partes. Gracias al anfitrión por estar tan pendiente de nosotros y por su hospitalidad. ¡Cinco estrellas!
