Mejorar la limpieza.
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación.
Y la atención del personal, siempre disponible.

Cons:

-Faltaban algunas cosas como por ejemplo: un edredón (solo había uno) y hay dos camas. También faltaban fundas de almohadas……
Las toallas necesitaban ser renovadas, estaban algo deterioradas.
- Necesita mejorar la limpieza del apartamento.

Magnifique endroit pour découvrir valence en 3jours

Lemplacement de cet hotel est exceptionnel !!!
L’appartement est tres propre et spacieux
Le personnel était très disponible, toujours prêt à aider et à trouver des solutions ou donner des conseils.
Je voudrais remercier le jeune homme au Lobby (dimanche) qui nous a aidé pour trouver le taxi pour le retour quand la rue était fermée il a parlé au chauffeur et s’est assuré que tout est bon. Lhomme de menage Jonathan est dun egentillesse extreme, tres agreable. Nous le saluons beaucoup !

Cons:

Il manque une consigne à bagages sur place pour une arrivée avant 15h ou un depart apres 11h.

On aurait aimé avoir une bouteille deau et des capsules de café au moins le 1er jour.

Great stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was kind, helpful, and very responsive.
The location is perfect, very central and convenient to visit the city.

La mejor ubicación pero el sitio más sucio donde haya estado.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena.
El personal de recepción y el chico que vino hacer la limpieza profunda cuando lo reclamamos.

Cons:

El apartamento estaba muy sucio, reclamamos con fotos y al día siguiente un trabajador amabilísimo vino a limpiarlo todo. Pero claro…el primer día ahí nos quedamos.
A mi me da igual si el alojamiento es más o menos bonito pero unos mínimos de higiene tiene que tener, y no los tenía.
Aún así, aunque el trabajador segundo hizo limpieza, ese apartamento necesita otra mucho más exhaustiva.
La alfombra se tiene de pie, una pegatina en el suelo, rodapiés con mierda que no sale….
El agua caliente de la cocina no funcionaba, nos dijeron que lo solucionaban y nada.
Enchufe inexistente en el baño.

Pros:

La struttura è comoda per raggiungere il centro, una zona tranquilla anche se nelle vicinanze ci sono dei locali.
L’appartamento non è proprio come lo aspettavamo, il bagno è molto piccola e la doccia non è come in foto. Diciamo che le foto non sono proprio veritiere. In cucina c’era puzza di fogna.
Il personale è comunque gentile e risponde ai messaggi in tempi brevi.

Cons:

Il divano scomodo, il bagno da migliorare. Anche la pulizia dovrebbe essere più accurata
